Anyone started to play all star brawl?
My roommate bought it and I played it with him for a few matches. I had a hard time adjusting to it since I wanted it to control like Smash, it’s similar but it’s not quite Smash. An incredibly cool feature is you can change the button layout on the character select screen. So whatever layout you like for one character might not work for another and you can change that easily without going to a different screen. The worst part was that pressing up does not jump. So I died many times on easily recoverable falls lol.
I played as Reptar the first match, and Reptar is perfect for people that don’t know what they’re doing. His attacks are strong and his specials have a large range. The next two matches I played I was Zim. Gir needs to be fixed. He continued to get stuck on walls while he was running away from the walls so it looked like he was running in place. I won all three matches.
One of the major complaints that exists is no voice acting and that bothered me while watching. But playing the game I never once noticed it. The music however is not good.
I think the game plays well. It’s not as polished as Smash but they shouldn’t be held to such a high pedestal as Nintendo obviously has way more of a budget.
As neat and interesting as I think the game is and as much as I wanted to buy it, I am going to skip buying it myself. There’s honestly just such a lack of content I can’t justify the game at the price it’s at. I truly believe that if you do not have a group of friends to play this game with or do not plan to play online matches then DO NOT buy Nickelodeon All Star Brawl. You will drop the game in a week.

The update isn’t until 6PM PS/DT or so depending on how long it will take however it will not update if you’re playing another game so put your system on sleep mode if you’re gonna update.

What if…Nintendo helped develop Kingdom Hearts instead of Disney?
Well I played a sora and he lacks in strength and launch resist. I lost to ganondorf a couple of times in classic and it’s hard to counter him.
Anyway on to topic at hand, i would imagine if they added SSB64 to N64 on switch although people say it’s not worth spending $50 on that expansion pass if SSB64 were to be added on the switch.
