If they made a smash rip off, I hope they will do marvel and Star Wars and fox characters as DLC.
I’d rather those be their own game. Disney is their parent company sure, but I’d really rather them stay their own thing.
Why does everybody keep saying that?
Disney is Marvel and Star Wars parent company. They had several crossover with some Disney properties, were included in Disney Infinity. Avengers Campus and Galaxy Edge are in Disneyland for Pete sake.
They have become a part of the Disney family in more ways than one. I don’t understand why everybody is so against Marvel and Star Wars crossing over with Disney.
Now there’s rumors on Warner Bros making their own Smash styled fighting game

They did that with Cartoon Network.
I’m not against them crossing over on every level. But they’re still their own companies with different fans. For example, I like Disney and Marvel, but I could care less for Star Wars. They’re still their own entity. If they all came together for a game like this then we wouldn’t get all we could from those franchises. Disney Infinity worked because they were able to expand upon those universes. That game continued to grow and had multitudes of worlds since it was a giant sandbox game. We were able to get full Disney worlds, Marvel worlds, and Star Wars worlds. It’s honestly a shame they stopped adding to it because the figures are a nice quality and I owned all of them besides the character variations. Even the Star Wars ones. A fighting platformer is much more limited. I would rather all three get their own fighting platformer that way each company gets to add more reps from those companies. Them being included together wouldn’t make it a bad game at all. But there’s just so much there in each company that they could easily hold their own.
And quite a lot like all of this.
Would be good to have Disney animation movies, Pixar movies, SW, Marvel, Fox, Disney TV shows, and other stuff which Disney owns… all mixed together. It will contain something for everyone.
Instead of separate it to small pieces.
Like DHBM with other similar games with 80% of same toons, then another Marvel games, then another SW games, then another Simpsons game, then another Kingdom Hearts game, then more and more. Nothing really is mixed up.
I wish just for once Disney would focus on TV shows instead of creating 384882 game for movie characters only.
TV shows have great characters to use and large fanbase as well.

Disney: platform fighting games are hot right now…eh, we already got sora into smash so we may as well drop our entry into the bucket and take it from there
Jeff Grubb said the WB platform fighter game might be real… but it’s not a nether realm game.
I doubt Disney will ever do anything similar to Smash.
Especially because Disney hates having different IPs in a game. (Disney created games)
I’m confused. Most Disney games I have played have mutliple Disney IPs. The forum of the game we are on is an example.
I don’t think Disney will do one because they don’t really need to. They’re successful enough to not have to follow trends and just make what they make. But I would love one so long as they make it good and actually have content.

And how come there’s no Scooby and Joker when there’s Shaggy and Harley Quinn?
Oh no… ultra instinct Shaggy is becoming more and more of a real thing… 
If they make shaggy ultra instinct in multiversus…that would be probably be both the scariest and greatest thing ever
But I’m pretty sure that this shaggy is just gonna be the regular shaggy we know and love
It won’t be regular Shaggy unless his bud Scooby makes it in

True…unless scooby is actually apart of his moveset which would actually make alot of sense 
It’ll just be very sad since they make Finn and Jake separate which could’ve been a duo and there’s no sign of Scooby in Shaggy’s select render
