Obviously Daffy Duck
Apart from Daffy, Scooby, and Joker. Other obvious hopefuls have to be Freddy Krueger, Jason Vorhees, Pennywise the Clown, and Harry Potter.
Along with Fred Flintstone, the Wicked Witch, and maybe the Animaniacs
And maybe marvin the martian?
