All we need now is Mr. Krabs and Plankton and we have the entire Spongebob crew.

Because the fairly odd parents is on Disney channel in other countries, not the US.
Since when did the Fairly Oddparents air on Disney? 
Just because Fairly Oddparent our airing on Disney channel IN ANOTHER COUNTRY, dosen’t mean disney owns them. Fairly Oddparents are Nicktoons through and through and have just as much of a shot than anyone.

But also, no, Fairly Oddparents are exclusively nickelodeon’s no matter what, it was just airing somewhere else, same with Bluey and Ladybug on D+.

Exactly that show is Nickelodeon content and they did have a crossover with other Nickelodeon shows like Jimmy Neutron that means they have the chance of getting in Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2

Plankton is coming in a giant robot. His inclusion that a given considering that Spongebob Squarepants is Nickelodeon’s golden child and he is essentially the big bad (metaphorically speaking) of the series.
We also see Donnie and Raph. Cool, the TMNT team is complete.
Wait, what have we here? Norbert and Daggett!?! The Angry Beavers have returned to spotlight along with… Gasp!!! EL TIGRE??? There’s a face I thought I never see in the game.
And what this? Gerald and… GRANDMA GERTIE!?! She gonna go old school on their butts.
Wait… is that… oh no, Ember McLain and Azula??? Well, that a unexpected turn of events. And it looks like they’re ready to turn up the heat.
And who’s that looming over them? Why it’s none other than Danny Phantom’s arch nemesis, VLAD PLASMUS who just so happen to be the main bad guy in the game’s story mode
