There is no best of them. Everyone wants something from a villain, being a real threat or more of a comic relief, having phenomenal cosmic powers or being just humans.

The villains I like are funny.So I like Yzma,Hades,Magica,and Madam Mim\Jafar/Hook(I don’t know which is the funniest).
