Hi, so, I took a little break from concepts but here is one which I had fun making, a @TotallyNotDash concept! :D

Description: This evil being comes to the battlefield to cause chaos and destruction in his way for victory.

Stats
Stars: 
Position: Middle
Role: Control
Trial: Red
Animations
Entrance: Walks into his position. (before green)
Defeat: Says that he is innocent while he fades away (kinda like in infinity war)
Victory: A bunch of spiders start walking in the battlefield while NotDash raises his arms in the air and laughs maniacally
Basic attack: See passive
Skills
White skill: Torturing is fun - Fantastic damage 
Passive: Instead of a basic attack, NotDash turns into the biggest fear of the enemy with the least HP, torturing them. (It would look like a boggart from HP) and while NotDash is torturing this enemy, they get scared and have DoT until NotDash activates his white skill or gets KOed.
Each 5 seconds Dash is torturing an enemy he heals X HP.
Active: NotDash makes a scary face stunning the enemy he is torturing for 12 seconds and applying 2 stacks of weakness. NotDash now randomly chooses another enemy to torture.
The scare and the stun may fail if the enemy is above level X.
Green skill: Brainwashing chamber
At the start of each wave NotDash chooses a random enemy to brainwash. Then a little room appears next to NotDash and the enemy enters. After 1 second, the enemy exits, gets charmed for 10 seconds and is marked as “Minion”. Each time the Minion super crits they get charmed for 2 more seconds.
The charmed enemy and the tortured enemy can´t be the same
The charm when super crit may fail if the enemy is above elvel X.
Blue skill: Regular spammer - Fantastic damage
A bunch of letters appear in the middle of the enemies (kinda like Tron´s white) dealing X damage and increasing NotDash´s attack speed by 50%.
Purple skill: Taking advantage
Whenever NotDash super crits he steals a buff from the enemy he super critted. If the enemy has no buffs then NotDash gets an armor increase. Stealing buffs may fail if the enemy is above level X.
Red skill: TotallyNOTSus
Each time an enemy gets KOed NotDash´s SP increases by X and gets a shield of X HP.

Allies: Yzma, Hercules and Ian
Buff: When the “Minion” is charmed by NotDash, they can´t gain energy and while they are not charmed their SP is reduced by 5%

Disk: Double Trouble
Allies: Dash, Mr Incredible and Basil
Buff: If NotDash tortures a tank or support role enemy, their evasion and tenacity is also reduced by 10.
-10 tenacity and evasion per star
Disk Power:
Tank and support role enemies get cursed for all the wave and lose X Max HP
This may sound OP but remember that this is Dash who are we talking about! :D
