Skills

:white_circle: White Skill: The Horror of Sleepy Hollow (:sparkles:)

  • The Headless Horseman laughs menacingly, Scaring all enemies for 12 seconds and reducing their movement and attack speeds by 75% for the duration. His horse then tramples all nearby enemies for X (determined by Skill Power) Fantastic damage upon landing. The Scare has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
  • Animation: The Headless Horseman laughs menacingly as his horse rears up, and the flames from the jack-o’-lantern cause him to glow a sinister glow. Then his horse returns to its normal position, proceeding to stamp its front hooves furiously.

:green_circle: Green Skill: Infernal Conflagration (:sparkles:)

  • The Headless Horseman throws his flaming jack-o’-lantern at the enemy team, creating a horrific and fiery explosion that deals X (determined by Basic Damage) Fantastic damage to all enemies immediately and an additional X (determined by Skill Power) Fantastic damage over 12 seconds to all enemies. All damage from this ability is tripled against enemies that are Scared.
  • Animation: The Headless Horseman cackles and then hurls his jack-o’-lantern directly in the center of the enemy team, creating a vicious fireball. The Headless Horseman then raises his hand, and in a whirl of flame, a new jack-o’-lantern appears.

:large_blue_circle: Blue Skill: Phantom of Flame (:sparkles:)

  • The Headless Horseman imbues his blade with fire for 10 seconds, causing his basic attacks to deal X (determined by Basic Damage) additional damage as Fantastic damage over 4 seconds and hit all enemies. The bonus Fantastic damage is tripled against enemies that are Scared.
  • Animation: The Headless Horseman raises his sword, which bursts into flame, before returning to his normal position. His basic attacks then create flame shockwaves that erupt through the enemy team.

:purple_circle: Purple Skill: A Thirst for Destruction

  • The Headless Horseman gains +10% attack speed each time a damage-over-time effect is applied to an enemy, and the Headless Horseman keeps 75% of this buff from wave to wave. Additionally, the Headless Horseman gains 25% Lifesteal. Lifesteal causes the target to be healed for a percentage of all damage they deal. The Lifesteal effect is reduced above level X.

:red_circle: Red Skill: Fueled By Fear (:sparkles:)

  • The Headless Horseman’s basic attacks deal additional Fantastic damage equal to 10% of the target’s maximum HP when he hits an enemy affected by any damage-over-time effect. In addition, enemies are dealt X (determined by Skill Power) Fantastic damage every second while Scared.
    +X Skill Power
    +X Crit Damage
+X damage per second to the bonus Fantastic damage from Phantom of Flame

Oogie Boogie finds the Headless Horseman to be downright terrifying, but he’s not about to go down the totem pole of frightful phantoms without a fight. He makes a wager with the Headless Horseman–the two will prowl the City every night for a week, and whoever scares more people and causes more havoc will have their fearful dominance recognized. The Headless Horseman says nothing. Oogie isn’t sure if his competitor accepts the challenge or not, but he decides it’s in his best interest to act like he did! And in usual fashion, Mr. Oogie Boogie doesn’t play fair…

Shank’s heard the rumors about the Headless Horseman–of how terrifying and swift he is, and that he cannot cross the bridge leading to the City’s replica Notre Dame cathedral. And so she decides that she wants to put her daring, cunning, and endurance to the test by luring out the dread phantom and outracing the headless horror. It isn’t long before word of Shank’s planned stunt draws interest from some of the City’s other daredevils…

  • Partner: Shank
  • Allies: Dash, Duke Caboom, The Rocketeer
  • Level Up:
    +X Basic Damage
    +X Skill Power
  • Stars:

Also yes, the entire point of making this kit was to finally have an ace for Blue Invasion, like how Red has Gizmoduck and Yellow has Mim.

And also because DoTs are love, DoTs are life.

This is an interesting concept, especially the triples damage to scared enemies. This could make the scare team meta to be honest. Great concept overall.

Scare support is always amazing, it’s one of my favorite mechanics along with Study and it really needs a good Damage Hero to shine. Great Concept!

Thanks guys. :3

I’m looking though all your Hero Concepts they’re REALLY good, do make more, this could help PerBlue decide on what heroes to add next if you know what I mean lol.
