The rest of MSH Concepts

After you guys made some great concepts for Monsters Inc. characters, I would like to make one more.

Mr. Waternoose
1-star, Frontline, Support


“We scare because we care.”

White skill: Right into the monster world
Damage type: Normal


A door appears behind the enemy who is the closest to Waternoose. He pushes him/her at the door, dealing X damage and making the foe disappear from the battlefield for 5 seconds. Enemies above level X disappear for 3 seconds.

Green skill: Personal energizer


Waternoose gets a cup of coffee and drinks it, healing X HP and 150 Energy.

Blue skill: The top scarer


Waternoose puts a “Trained” effect on an ally with the highest Skill Power for 7 seconds. Training gives the ally a 60% chance to scare an enemy for 3 seconds with his/her basic attacks.
Allies above level X have this buff for 4 seconds.

Purple skill: Before this company dies


Waternoose and his allies get 50 Energy when any opponent is KOd.
Enemies above level X give 30 Energy.

Red skill: Scare report


All basic attacks of a “trained” ally scares an enemy. If scared by a trained ally, the enemy gets studied for 13 seconds.
Studying has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.

+X HP healed by “Personal energizer”

Waternoose/Tia Dalma
“Fear of crabs”, Trains himself
+X Reality
1*S time per battle , when Waternoose trains his ally, he also gets the training bonus himself.

Waternoose/Randall Boggs
“Silence anyone”, Boosts trained allies
+X Skill Power
Trained ally also gets 15*S% Basic Damage bonus.

So is it 7 seconds for the ally or 4 seconds? I like this concept of giving someone the scare ability but 30% seems low to get the chance to scare someone for only 3 seconds. Maybe change the percentage a little higher.

I knew you would give him a coffee ability lol. I remember that nasty sluggish coffee scene.

Waternoose can have sulley and boo instead of randal bogs since 1 randel boggs is not in tbe game and 2 both of the movies sulley proofed that he is the best scarer and not rendel rendel is in fact cheater

Well Mr.waternoose is technically in jail so…Chief Bogo should have him locked up?

The problem is that Waternoose can’t cooperate with Sulley with Boo on his shoulders, as he wanted to kidnap children. What about Randall not being in this game-well, some people connect their concepts, so let us imagine, that’s what we do here.

I do try to limit my friendhsips to either those in game or the concepts I make, except on rare exceptions.

7 seconds for allies level 1-20 and 4 seconds for allies level 21-X.
And yes, I believe you are right, I should increase the % of scaring.

@Champion_David If you think about it, a lot of villains in-game have met fates similar to Waternoose, but continue to fight. Scar was mauled to death by a pack of hyenas, Hades was punched into an endless lake of ghosts, and Gaston fell to his death off of a cliff a few thousand feet high. Yet they fight :wink:

But, they also have no heroes from their movie(s). Which I feel is a weird point.

Cruella De Vil
3-star, Midline, Control


“Just wait! You’ll be sorry, you fools! You idiots!”

White skill: Crushing determination
Damage type: Normal


Cruella runs away from the battlefield and returns in her car, driving through the enemy team, dealing X damage to every enemy she touches and knocking them back. Cruella is untargetable and unvunerable when driving. After that Cruella receives a shield with X HP, which lasts 5 seconds.

Green skill: Poisoning trail
Damage type: Fantastic


Cruella creates a cloud of smoke, dealing X damage over 5 seconds to all enemies. When an enemy is in the cloud, his/her movement and attack speed is reduced by 25%.

Blue skill: Till the job is done
Damage type: Normal


Jasper and Horace crawl from the back and smash the furthest to Cruella opponent, dealing X damage and stunning him/her for 8 seconds.
Stunning can fail against enemies above level X.

Purple skill: Living for furs


Cruella gets X Armor bonus and 50% attack speed when shielded.

Red skill: Win the wardrobe


Cruella gets a shield with X HP every time Jasper and Horace damage an enemy. She also gets X Reality for the rest of the wave when using “Poisoning trail”.

Cruella/Ursula
“Name your price”, Shields give Energy
+X Armor Negation
Cruella gets 50*S Energy every time she is shielded.

Cruella/Scar
“Getting hands dirty”, More dangerous smoke

Cruella’s enemies have a 20*S% to get blinded for 4 seconds when her smoke cloud touches them.

Governor Ratcliffe
1-star, Frontline, Tank


“This is my land! I make the laws here!”

White skill: Drums of war
Damage type: Normal


An army of settlers attack the enemy team with shovels and pitchforks, hurting random enemies 13 times. Each hit deals X damage.

Green skill: Riches for cheap


Ratcliffe gets his pistol and shoots in the air, silencing 3 closest enemies to him for 6 seconds.
Silencing can fail against enemies above level X.

Blue skill: Them or us


Ratcliffe gains X shield for 7 seconds. When shielded, he is unvunerable to pushing back.

Purple skill: Mine, mine, mine


Each time Ratcliffe attacks an enemy with the most energy, he steals 20 Energy from him/her.
This can fail against enemies above level X.

Red skill: Mountains of gold


Ratcliffe heals X HP each time he steals Energy with “Mine, mine, mine”. “Riches for cheap” also increases movement and attack speed of Ratcliffe and his allies by 75% for 5 seconds.

+X Shield HP for “Them or us”

“Not just pebbles”, Gold gives power
+X Skill Power gained with “Mine, mine, mine”
“Mine, mine, mine” also increases Ratcliffe’s Skill Power. He can maximum get a 15*S% bonus per wave.

Ratcliffe/WALL-E
“Shove in a shovel”, Anti-blind shields
+X Basic Damage
+X Armor
“Them or us” gives Ratcliffe a 18*S% chance to avoid blinding.

Hopper
2-star, Midline, Damage


“Now let me tell you how things are supposed to work: The sun grows the food, the ants pick the food, the grasshoppers eat the food.”

Entrance: flies to the arena with his arms crossed behind his back.
Basic: throws a grain at the enemy.
Victory: gets a grain and eats it, smiling viciously.
Defeat: loses an antenna and gets scaried.

White skill: Keeping in line
Damage type: Normal


Hopper breaks a bottle with grains, which flood the arena, dealing X damage to all enemies and stunning random two of them for 5 seconds.
Stunning may fail against enemies above level X.
When enemies outnumber Hopper’s team, he and his allies get 25% attack speed bonus for 8 seconds.

Green skill: Summer hunger
Damage type: Fantastic


Hopper throws 3 mosquitoes at the enemy team. Each deals X damage.

Blue skill: Bad grasshopper!
Damage type: True


Hopper calls Thumper, who deals X damage to one enemy and then fights on Hopper’s side, with 50% Hopper’s Basic Damage and 10% HP. His next attacks deal Normal damage. Hopper can call Thumper once per wave.

Purple skill: A hundred to one


When enemies outnumber Hopper’s team, he and his allies get immuned to scaring/studying. This can fail against enemies above level X.

Red skill: Guarantee your safety


Hopper and his allies get X Armor and X Reality if the enemies outnumber their team. “Summer hunger” also reduces enemy’s Armor by X.

Each time Hopper uses “Keeping in line”, he becomes immuned to all debuffs for 2*S seconds.

When Thumper appears on the arena, he scares the enemy team for 3*S seconds.

all in all it is good, except, the obvious that his white is Nick’s white :wink:

What about that scene wear he makes a seed avalanche that destroys those two grasshoppers? Cuz imo, that would make a better white :wink:

I remember that scene, but I’m not sure how to make it special. I’ll think about it.

“Arise, my messengers of death! Our time has arrived!”

White skill: The Caudron Born
Damage type:Fantastic


The Army of the Dead rushes through the enemy team, dealing X damage to them all and either silencing or scaring them. Both sicencing and scaring can fail against enemies above level X.

Green skill: Always get blamed
Damage type: Fantastic


Creeper on a Gwythaint flies through the enemy team, dealing X damage to those the dragon touches and knocking them back.

Blue skill: Thirsted to be a god


Each time when the Horned King’s ally gets KOd, he resurrects him/her with 15% HP. The ally can’t gain Energy, can’t get charmed and automatically gets KOd after 10 seconds. The skill won’t trigger if the Horned King is charmed or KOd.
Allies above level X get KOd after 5 seconds.

Purple skill: Among mortal men


The Horned King deals 300% damage to revived or resurrected enemies.
The bonus damage is lower against enemies above level X.

Red skill: Curse you!


Every 3rd basic attack of the Horned King curses the enemy for 5 seconds. “Always get blamed” saps all damaged enemies for 8 seconds.
Both cursing and sapping have a chance to fail against enemies above level X.

+X HP for allies revived with “Thirsted to be a god”

The Horned King/Maleficent
“How to train your minion”, More powerful dragons
+X Skill Power
“Always get blamed” deal 20*S% bonus damage to the disabled enemies (Stunned, silenced, frozen, charmed).

The Horned King/The Queen of Hearts
“The top ruler”, Loyal to the King
+X Armor
The Horned King’s allies get immuned to charming. They get a 15*S% attack speed boost for the wave if someone tries to charm them.
