So me and @Imagineer_V are doing little mermaid Concepts, I have three, they have two.

Basic attack:
Throws a human object at an enemy dealing x
White skill: accordion
Scuttle plays the accordion healing him and his allies x
Green skill: dinnglehopper
Scuttle combs his hair with The fork, healing him 214
Blue attack: a bird’s pipe
Scuttle takes out the pipe and blows on it and launches seaweed and sand at the enemy stunning them for 8 seconds
Purple skill: human armor
Scuttle buffs his allies health for 7 seconds

Entrance:
Flies in and lands on his perch

Gets splashed with water making him disappear
