EVERYDAY 13 server players are in terrible.
The server management system is too dysfunctional.
No one solve this problem.
We wait for every fight in ARENA, GUILD WAR, RANKING and so on. more than 5 minutes.
WHO can solve this and PERBLUE managers are read this?

This is not just my ISSUE. Most 13 server players are Upset. You have to play in 13 server now. and You know what I mean.

The state of server 13 is really terrible. Today I can not play any games at all. With this condition you will not be able to access even tomorrow.
