has anyone noticed that the points scoring is way worse than the last Heroic Training Contest in November?

in server 14, the points for earning xp drinks and spending gold is half than the previous contest

they want us to spend 2B gold for this contest? i know we are having buy 100 gold chest now but this is getting ridiculous

Tbh I think that contest was a little bit too easy last time. A few port resets and you would have 1m points straight away.

For some reasons, this contest rewards are almost identical to the last one :joy::joy::joy: so much for forwarding our feedback to the team :joy::joy::joy:

I have no doubt our feedback is being forwarded; I’m just wondering how much of an effect it’s having.

They just don’t care about the game, it’s all about money, nothing more. Wake up.

And even if they put one single hero chip as rewards, people would go for 1. Place :joy:

We do care very much about the game and feedback is being passed on, but it can take a bit of time to implement that feedback.

…wondering whether PerBlue is acting on our feedback is defending them? Really? Do I have to accuse them of maniacally cackling over our lack of resources, silently lowering new heroes’ stats with each patch, and/or planning on adding Pickle & Peanut characters to be negative enough for you?

I mean… the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in badge crates in contest rewards could very well turn to 5, 8, 10, 15 and 20 or… 3, 5, 10, 15, 20.

Which would be fair enough. On the other hand, I understand that the team thinks we get too much and he have wealthiness complex (aka when you take something for granted, which we did with 45 badge crates a contest)…

Has PerBlue, in the weeks before previous mergers, lowered contest rewards only to restore them once the merger has finalized? Or is this all just pie-in-the-sky wishful thinking?

There kinda is no way to tell as basically every merge before has been in the times the contest rewards were… garbage at best. So I guess if the rewards get sudden increase back to what they used to be, we will know why it happened and can happen again. Otherwise… well, many people already lost hope and left anyway. More will follow and then we will see.

Most likely though we will end up with just Server 1 somewhere in mid-2023. That´s if the game survives that long.
(Hinting at jumping the S14/S18/S21/S23 ship before the increases become unbearable, 14 and 18 already suffering)

Yet when you guys decided to decrease our rewards, it happened immediately :roll_eyes::roll_eyes::roll_eyes: such double standard :roll_eyes::roll_eyes::roll_eyes:

The questions is, why did you guys decrease?

When Ill read forum, nearly everybody is saying the same, wayyyyy to less from everything.

And the answer from pb is, decreasing rewards, so give me one simple answer, how exactly does pb care? Doing the opposite from what player says?

All got to say to this is, get takes time… but shouldn’t take more than a year when people give feedback on saying want more guild perks that help everyone even if it expands things like 3% double drop chances to current level, extra few gems per login etc… when u got the time for new badges monthly when majority say at least make the color increases bimonthly as opposed to monthly, bugs that don’t always get fixed or reappear after game updates, people wanting more 5$ but get 100$ deals instead…

Sadly does give the user and those that have quit Becuase lack of it, the impression it is all about the money. Just need to be more balanced in updates between new content and qol… but end day it’s you’re company’s game and do what u want. Just don’t expect everyone to agree and think everything is fine with everything being done is all saying.

To simply sum up…

when something is “too good” it can be changed immediately (Port Events, Surge, taking away 30 Badge Crates, raising up the needs for badges after Yellow+7, … )

but when something gives “too little” it needs 3+ months of feedback (Disk, Mod Power, RS Chips, Megabits scaling… insert whatever you want here).

Like guys. We all know the game has to make money. Obviously it is a business, it must sustain itself and give some yield as well. It´s just that… think about it. Why would I want to spend on a bad feature? On a feature I know I will have to spend again very soon because it just does not scale?

Oh, how much would I like to analyze the data, would surely be interesting to see even 10% of it.

Why are the baseline max points reduced to get us below 1M points?

For server 21 its 813,520 points. This is deceptive don’t you think?

Loutre, something is wrong with S21 and S22’s FTN. After we meet the stamina and diamond amounts, we have to spend 187,000 more stamina to hit 1m. That’s ridiculous when we had to spend 47,000. It’s never like this! Please fix!
