Hero Nerfs

Nerfs to Mulan

Mulan is a total Enemy WIPEOUT. She starts out battle with a devastating stun attack, dodges attacks and disables with her wicked fast blue skill and high evasion, and destroying everything in sight with her white and purple. The changes I made for Mulan, along with the rest of the heroes in this post, will make her still viable for PvP, but not as strong as she is now.

Badges
This is gonna be a bit complicated because here we’re nerfing a hero. If we want to reduce her evasion and normal crit, well have to nerf the badges that they come from. But then that’ll nerf other heroes in the process, so I guess it bee a soul for a soul. Reduce her normal crit and evasion and she won’t be too OP.

Skills

Firework Frenzy
Mulan calls in a volley of fireworks to hit all enemies, dealing damage per rocket and blinding them.

•	Reduce the damage by at most of 40%.
•	Reduce blind time by 3 seconds.

Self explanatory.

Cannon Attack
At the beginning of each wave, Mulan launches a firework at the farthest enemy, dealing damage and stunning them.

•	Reduce damage by at most 40%.
•	Reduce stun time by 3 seconds.

Self explanatory as well.

Fan Out
Mulan dodges a melee attack and counters with her fan every few seconds, granting her a shield.

•	Reduce Shield HP slightly.
•	Increase Cooldown to 8 seconds.

This will prevent her from being too strong with both her shield and purple skill.

A Little Luck
While Mulan has a shield, her normal crit chance is increased

•	Reduce Crit Chance.

Her crit is CRAZY high, so a minor reduction to this will make her less likely to crit while still be able to crit.

Red skill is fine for now

Friendship Disks:

Bo Peep- “Good Luck Charm”

•	Reduce Shield HP to 200% at 5 stars

Shield HP is already bulky, so some durability reduction will be necessary.

Collette - “Not So Knife”

•	Reduce bonus damage to 200% at 5 stars

She gains a buff of basic damage and a high crit chance while shielded so this knockback bonus Damage need to be reduced.

Nerfs to Cheshire Cat

Behold, the grim reaper of DHBM everybody. To quote Mr Waternoose, “A single touch could kill you!” He has an insane white, green , and purple that practically puts Mulan to shame. He needs to be stopped. Like, right now.

Stats:
• Reduce Skill Power he gains from his red skill and his disks
• Change role from Control to Damage

All of his skills revolve around his insane SP growth, so this needs to be reduced in order for him to be properly nerfed. Also, since Cheshire purely focuses on invisible heroes, I feel like he’s more suited for a Damage role than a control role.

Badges:
He needs a reduction to his reality negation (or give some of it to Vanellope lol), fantastic crit, and his evasion, as that makes him a very tricky threat to deal with.

Skills:

Head Stand
The Cheshire Cat teleports to the middle of enemies and rolls around on his head, dealing damage and sapping them.

•	Reduce Damage by at most 50%.
•	Reduce Sap duration by 7 seconds.

This deals too much damage for the sap to have a long lasting effect plus the sap is too long. Reducing the damage and the sap will make this more manageable and will have a bigger effect on Sap heavy teams.

Head Toss
The Cheshire Cat throws his head at the enemy with the least HP, dealing damage and stunning them.

•	Reduce Damage by 75% (yes I do mean this)
•	Also targets the enemy with the most HP instead.

This.Is.The.Most.Annoying.Skill.In.The.Entire.Game.

Maxed out, this deals over 6 million damage. 6 MILLION. This needs a nerf. Indefinitely. This also makes the stun incredibly useless because no one will survive this. Making this survivable will make this less annoying which is what we want.

Blue skill is fine

Not All There
The Cheshire Cat will prefer to target invisible enemies with his basic attacks and “Head Toss”. His basic attacks will deal bonus damage to invisible enemies and “Head Toss” stuns invisible enemies longer.

•	Reduce Damage by at most 40%.
•	Reduce additional stun time by HALF.

This is where Cheshire fills his niche as an anti invisible hero. This needs to be nerfed so that the additional stun can have a lasting effect on enemies.

Already covered that his Red skill and his disks needs to have reduced skill power.

Nerfs to Maximus

This horse is not a horse. He’s a brick wall. He has high HP growth, an insane BD buff with his White, constant healing with his Green, even more protection against studied enemies with his purple and buff removal/even more BD with his disks. He needs a nerf for him to be more beatable.

Stats:
• Reduce his Max HP
• Reduce his Basic Damage

Max HP will be a challenge to nerf correctly, because nerfing too much will make a hero too fragile, and nerfing too little won’t have an actually effect. Maxed out, Maximus has 10 million HP. That’s is a HUGE no-no, and should be reduced a good amount to make him more align with the lower HP of the other tanks. Also a reduction in his basic damage will be nice because all of his damaging skills are quite devastating.

Badges:

If we’re talking about his offensive and defensive extremes, then nerfing his armor, reality, and normal crit would be a good idea. It can make him a bit more squishy but still a tough force against his enemies. Reducing his normal crit by a small amount won’t be a problem because his white and purple makes him crit all the time.

Skills:

Sword Swat
Maximus draws his sword and points it at enemies, increasing his and allies’ Basic Damage and studying enemies. Maximus then strikes at the closest enemy, dealing damage.

•	Reduce the Basic Damage granted by at most 40%.
•	Reduce damage dealt by at most 30%

This is a wombo combo that shouldn’t be so freaking powerful. Reduce BD and damage so that this won’t slash the enemy apart!

Apple Attack
Maximus eats an apple and spits the core at the nearest enemy, healing himself and dealing damage.

•	Reduce Healing by at most 20%.
•	Reduce Damage by at most 30%.
•	Increase Cooldown to 10 seconds.

This change is to prevent Maximus from constantly healing and one spotting enemies with the power of NUTRITION. The healing shouldn’t be nerfed that badly if the Cooldown is extended.

Horse Kick
Maximus dodges a melee attack and counters, dealing damage and stunning nearby enemies. Maximus can counter once every few seconds.

•	Reduce Damage by at most 30%.
•	Reduce stun time by 3 seconds.

The stun is what makes this irritating to fight against. This change will make it less hard hitting and gives them a chance to fight back a bit.

Follow Your Nose
Maximus marks the enemy with the most basic damage, studying them for the remainder of the wave. Studied enemies deal less damage to Maximus.

•	Reduce damage to reduction to 70%.

I figured it shouldn’t be that much of a nerf if we’re already lowering his defenses.

Red Skill and Friendship Disks:

•	Reduce all additional stat boosts by at most 30%.

Once again, these boosts buff his already insane offensive and defensive power. This needs to be reduced in order for him to be counter able by other heroes rather than P e r m a f r e e z e by the hecklers that are Kristoff and Sven.

Hero Buffs:

Buffs to Kim Possible

At last! Our kimtastic hero has arrived after 15 months of waiting! Now she’s here to kick some creep butt! Let’s take a look at her skill set and…oh. My disappointment is measurable but my day is still ruined. What happened? Well, Kim didn’t have a stat change since 2019 so she (figuratively) lost some muscle mass after being inactive for more than a year. All she needs is a pep in her step and a change in her range and she’ll be more in align in the modern roster.

Stats:
• Increase numbers on all of her skills by 50%.

That’s all she really needs anyways. Her normal crit and evasion are fine as they are currently, so no point in changing that. Her tentiacy is shockingly low, but she has evasion so that’s not an issue. However she’ll need a bit more armor negation in order for it to have a true effect.

Friendship Disks:

Darkwing Duck- “Duck Dial”

•	Enemies that attempt to scare Kim or her allies will be stunned (Stun starts at 2 seconds at 1 star and increases by 2 per star level)
•	Blocks 3 scares every 10 seconds like DW’s Nick disk.

This isn’t as good as other scare counters like The Beast (Be) and Slinky (Ti). This should also be able to counter scares as well.

Minor Buff to Gizmoduck

Gizmos refresh is near perfect as it helps him do more outside of invasion, however I feel like he should at least do a bit more with what he has now.

Skills:

Powerful Pull

•	This should STUDY ALL ENEMIES

Gaggle of Gadgets

•	Level restriction should instead affect the amount of HP healed, not the shield or healing to fail all together 

This isn’t a good idea to have the shield and healing to have a chance to fail on allies. Just make the heal before reduced on higher level allies so that this will have a better effect. Or even better, don’t have the level restriction in the first place.

Buffs to Jack Sparrow

It’s been a while since we’ve seen captain Jack Sparrow in the meta. His refresh has perked him up last year, but now he’s back where he started. I’m giving him some bonus effects to his green and blue so that he can be a bit better.

Badges:
The thing he needs now at least is more armor negation. The negation he gets from his badges and Nick disk is just pathetic. He.Needs.To.Deal.More.Damage.

Skills:

Acting Dodgy

•	Add an additional effect like a sap, study, armor shred, or silence.

This is a bit basic for a counter attack. Adding some flavor like what I mentioned above will be useful.

Pirate Code

•	Give Jack Temporary Invincibility when he is using this animation.

Jack will stop attacking and starts saluting his fallen comrades. This actually prevents him from ensuring a revenge boost. Making him invincible during his animation can help Jack make a proper comeback.

Well, this disk needs to be useful in some way!

Role change and Red Skill.

EQ: Blue skill. She can one shot too easily, which makes her red skill a bit useless.
Tron: Limit buff removal with white and reduce energy with Flynn disk.

Now it’s guaranteed but only able to block 3 shields once every 10 seconds.

Agree with the Armor Negation. He needs either that or Evasion or Tenacity.

I do agree with Acting Dodgy maybe studying the enemy whose attack Jack dodged (although not needed).

Uhm with the Pirate Code I am a bit unsure. I would like it having a different effect as they changed Tia Dalma, maybe Jack shooting off his pistol every 10 or so seconds and gaining some energy (that could actually be better for Study effect).

Also you forgot Hearty Crew (which should definitely get a 100-150% boost at least - Jumba gives 2.8M with green skill to one ally for 20 seconds… Jack gives measly 180K-ish boost (if even) to the whole team).

Either that or add a BD give boost instead of Basic Damage solo buff for “Savvy”.

Exactly. I already said that Kim should be stronger (if not as strong as) all modern heroes.

She should be the next Chesire Cat!

Or at least 50% of Cheshire, even if their roles suggests opposite.

It’s just sick how control role hero deals more damage than any damage hero existing, and how Kim’s damage is just so poor; 2019-like.
Tank, Max, also deals more damage than most of damage role heroes.
