Finally fixed, but I lost some thousands of team exp… Polaris should make it a little bit easier to lvl up… Too much exp to lvl, I’ve been 25-30 lvls from cap for a lot of months…

Yes, unlocked (which are not supposed to) friend campaigns are still there, stayed unlocked.

New issue - if you had completed the weekly challenge before the update today, you will not have new challenges. We’re looking into a way to resolve this.

Players on servers 2-4&8, and 9-12 which are being merged on Wednesday will not have new Weekly Challenges until after the merge. The issue with the Top Scarer being stuck as complete is a different issue.

I’m not sure if this question will have an obvious answer, but… why not? The challenges would run from 11am GMT today to 11am GMT next Wednesday - nobody will be in the office before then, so surely they wouldn’t have any impact on it?

You’re right. Normally, we’d do the merge on Tuesday, so our checklists have this as a step before the merge. With this merge being on Wednesday, it throws off the schedule, and the checklist wasn’t changed. We don’t do merges very often, so we stick to the checklist as close as we can to avoid any complications.

For players affected by this, we’re going to have to wait until next week for a fix. We will be unlocking the challenge, Tidying Up, so you don’t need to pay the diamonds, but we aren’t able to do that now. I’ve sent a game mail message to players who are in this state with the details. Sorry for the inconvenience!

When are you going to fix the daily quests resetting? This is really annoying and makes it hard to go through the quests and finish them.

The exact same thing is happening to me, it’s annoying because I really can’t get any skill points built up on new heroes. I wish they’d just put it back to the way it was.

And what is the protocol for when it takes gold for 10 levels, but only levels up 1 level? I just lost 3M in gold, am I just out of luck?

Can you please remove this crappy skill slider? My skill points jumping up and down when skilling and it takes much longer to finally use my 21 skill points using the new Buggy slider compared to the previous way.
I also recorded video for showing the issue but I’m not allowed to post videos here…

Just got another problem with skills, upgraded a skill for 15 levels, gold consumed, but no levels added 
Edit: Gold and Skill points return, but skills often reset.

The spar results posted to chat aren’t showing correctly. They no longer show heroes KO’ed and instead show all 5 on each team as if they survived the battle.
The damage counter results still display correctly, but we like to see which heroes survived the encounter.

There is a massive glitch in the skill point level up. Every time I level up it uses a skill point consumable rather than the skill point. On top of that, the skill may or may not increase in level. This glitch has cost me a rather large number of skill point consumables and gold now.
