Disney Heroes: Battle Mode Update 1.7.1

This is a bug fixing update that addresses the following issues:

  • Fixed an Invasion issue so that the Breaker Ward battles stay defeated; fixed on 1/24/2018
  • Fixed an Invasion issue in which the “claim” button for ranked rewards did not appear at the end of the Invasion.
  • Raised the success rate of some Friendship Missions, as they were lower than intended.
  • Fixed a Chat issue in which text is deleted from the input box when one tries to add a Disney Emoij, or exits out of Chat.
  • Chat no longer flickers occasionally.
  • Fixed a Surge issue in which one might encounter old lineups that display as entirely KO-ed even if the lineup is active.
  • Fixed a Heist issue in which the white player displayed white text instead of black text.
  • Fixed an issue on server 14 in which Mickey’s Friendship campaign requires Aladdin, a hero unavailable to the server yet; the campaign now says “Coming Soon”
  • Fixed a War issue in which the opponent’s attack counter goes up when your guild attacks
  • Fixed an issue in which Stitch and Merida had access to the costume screen even though neither hero has a costume

February Sign-in Heroes

Heroes will not appear in Shops until they refresh. All hero changes below are effective February 1.

In February, we’re celebrating Villaintine’s Day! As an early tie-in to what will be some fun events and contests, we’re putting Hades in as the sign-in hero for servers that have him available so that he can lead the way in celebrating our beloved Disney Villains! We will be back to having unique monthly sign-in heroes coming in March, so stay tuned!

Server 1 Update

  • Hades will be available as the February Sign-in reward (and remains in the War Shop)
  • Olaf will be available in the Creep Surge Shop
  • EVE will be available in the Chapter 12, 13 & 15 Elite Campaigns

Servers 2-8 Update

  • Hades will be available as the February Sign-in reward (and remains in the Creep Surge Shop)
  • Olaf will be available in the Creep Surge Shop
  • Maui will be available in the Chapter 10 & 11 Elite Campaigns

Servers 9-12 Update

  • Hades will be available as the February Sign-in reward (and remains in the War Shop)
  • Olaf will be available in the Creep Surge Shop
  • Miguel will be available in the Chapter 4, 5 & 6 Elite Campaigns

Server 13 Update

  • Hades will be available as the February Sign-in reward (and remains in the Elite Campaign)
  • Olaf will be available in the Creep Surge Shop
  • Quorra will be available in the Chapter 6, 7 & 10 Elite Campaigns

Server 14 Update

  • New Hero: Maui will be available as the February Sign-in reward
  • Olaf will be available in the Chapter 7 Elite Campaign

Server 15 Update

  • New Hero: Miguel Rivera will be available as the February Sign-in reward
  • Olaf will be available in the Chapter 8 & 9 Elite Campaigns

Server 16 Update

  • New Hero: Merida will be available as the February Sign-in reward
  • Olaf will be available in the Heist Shop

Wow hades (god of the deads) to celebrate fabruary (month of love with st valentine) thats a weird choice for real… so no change back on all the increase in gold and xp and all the nerfs… mmmmm…

Gotta love an update that doesn’t adress the biggest complaint this game has had. No talk of what you are going to try to alleviate this new strain on the economy that you have complete control of. Instead just going to attempt and ignore the litteral hundereds of players that have cried out and the thousands that have voted to revert the change. This isn’t a good patch, when it doesn’t have the decency to address the ire of the players. We hated 1.7 economy changes when it was announced and we hate it still after it’s been launched. You guys need to fix this if you want any hope of redeeming yourselves.l, and even then it may already be too little, too late.

I’m actually interested on why you choose Hades as the sign in hero instead of somebody new to fit with Valentine’s Day Or Chinese New Year, unless your saving it up for something special :wink:

Is there a fix in sight for private messages not showing correctly to the person receiving? It’s been around for awhile now and would be a nice fix. Thanks

This is a bug fix release. Anything that’s not in this update, we’re still working on. New heroes are in the works for a future update, so please be patient.

Yes, there are bugs that have been around for a while, or there are new bugs that are super annoying. We’d fix them all if we could, but sometimes we can’t narrow down what’s causing the issues, which is the first step to fixing it. All the things mentioned in this thread are known issues that the team is aware of and working on, but the fixes are not in this update. Sorry.

Due to the extreme cold temperatures here in Wisconsin, the PerBlue offices will be closed tomorrow (Wednesday), so we’re going to reschedule the update for Thursday, when we’re all back in the office.
