Wrong, there is. 15 missions x 100 disk power every 3h roughly, plus some from friendship campaigns and the daily quests.
What they mean is that it isn’t enough

There is not enough disk power and there is no way to get it are two different things. You can earn it so my statement is not false. The question is is someone willing to put diamonds down for the meager amount offered
