Technically each 100 opened on the server would get stuck in a loop and slow the server down some. It would then snowball until it was everyone had problems.

Yes, that is another issue.
I’m on Android and the update showed up for me in Google Play no problem earlier.
That is an issue on Google Play’s side. You may be able to fix it by clearing cache on the Google Play Store app

Is the update celebration deal not supposed to include Shego hero chips? It had a mod and red skill chips but nothing for the hero herself?
Blue Crates are likely to drop Shego chips easily.
Things that have aged poorly. Is it only on certain servers right now or not available?
Tbf, Loutre never said when they’d be able to give out the compensation. Just that there would be some form of it.
