Is there any way to not make the server updates in the 12-2 pm EST window? Always frustrating when I check phone at lunch break and canât log in (and miss claiming the 12-2 energy reward). Could the energy reward claim window at least be provided to everyone when servers are updating and people canât log in?

Even with an established guild itâs hard to lose that much influence.

Agreed, the free energy (especially on the newer servers) is critical. At least auto-credit accounts with the energy while under an update period.
We average about 300k influence a day
