We understand that many of you are experiencing a lot of slowness and lag in the game, but unfortunately were not able to fit in any adjustments for that in this update. Our team is continuing to work on the problem and we’ll follow-up with more information as soon as we have it. Thank you for your continued patience with that, and apologies for the frustration.

Thank you Samm and team!
Definitely some good things to look forward to

Positives:

All of the UI improvements on Patches are great, and although these should have been there from the start, it is still appreciated.

Good!, but… really hope this is worth the anticipation, a let down is going to be worse than just announcing him later…

Questions/Concerns:

When are these changing?
Also, Duff Killigan has been in Diamond crates longer than Agent P, why is he not moving to Elite campaign? @Samm

I guess this is okay given that this season will be meh due to the changes, so at least people are not losing out on a newer hero’s chips

Very concerned that the last few heroes’ skillset have become very “basic”, like how the first heroes were worded (Ralph, Frozone, Alladin, etc.), is this intentional that you feel that heroes’ skillsets were too complicated? or is there another reason why this is being done (i.e. timing, resources, etc.)?

In my point of view this is the case too complicated skill sets.

Maybe it should’ve been Little John being the next one.

hooray! Chef Skinner is 3rd characters from Ratatouille, on last time in December 2019 are first 2 characters with Linguni & Remy and Colette, awesome! after 3 years and 3 months. awesome!

I would have thought Skinner would have a move involving Berserk somehow - also his scooter.

Always happy to be surprised. Especially with a Pixar character.

Interesting…
Hope to get some fanfare for this the 200th Hero.

Welp. Still waiting on Muppets and Nightmare Before Christmas. And Monsters Inc., and Turing Red. But maybe that’s just me.
At least we got Raya and Kim Possible.

33 days to next Patch Season.

I’m glad we have two new heroes in this update: Chef Skinner and Flash

and Flash, Flash my fast ash. Flash is 9th heroes from Zootopia, very good. ha… ha… ha…

Not gonna lie, I would pay good money to see that.

Anyway, I’m happy to see the franchises chosen for this season’s Patches, I think the Hero Improvements look promising, and the tweaks and UI improvements for the Patch system look good (although there’s yet another pink dot I’ll have to get used to ignoring, sigh…). I just hope the difficulty in the Franchise Trials hasn’t been amped up too far; it would be really discouraging to have to max out multiple heroes to clear the top level of the trials.

I feel like I’m the only player who’s not excited to see more villains join the game, but Skinner’s not a bad choice even with my prejudices. However, I’m more than a bit concerned with his blue skill, Bold Shoulder; Quasimodo is enough of a hassle to deal with, and having another hero responding to Debuffs by Cleansing themselves and Buffing themselves and/or allies might push certain modes from challenging to frustrating.

As for Flash, well, the most interesting thing about him so far is the statement that he’ll be available April 13th, the day that Skinner’s Prize Wall ends. That’s, as a certain pirate might say, interesting.

I’m curious as to why it took so long to add them, but still, I’m happy to see them added!

Looking forward to this, as it’s slightly annoying having to increase Red Skills just 29 levels at a time.

Well, that’s unexpected.
