Fantastic damage: Waluigi puts a rose in his mouth, sends a barrage of tennis balls at the enemy of the player’s choice, and runs over to said enemy and smacks them with his racket. This attack deals X fantastic damage and applies a 20% basic damage decrease and a 35% basic crit chance decrease.

Basic damage, 
True damage: At the start of battle, Waluigi rides through the opposing lineup, dealing X true damage and stunning all enemies for 5 seconds. When he drives back onto the battlefield, he has a Flower Cup trophy. He then throws it at the enemy of the player’s choice, dealing X true damage.

Waluigi throws a purple dice at the enemy of the player’s choice. One of six things will happen:
- The enemy takes X basic damage.
- The enemy is inflicted with a 15% armor decrease.
- If the enemy is at 15% health or lower, it is KO’d
- Waluigi is healed for 20% of his max HP.
- Waluigi gains berserk for 15 seconds.
- Waluigi is cleansed.
: Wallelujah!
If Waluigi is KO’d, he will gain all his health back with berserk for 10 seconds. The enemy who attacked him will be scared for 15 seconds.

Waluigi Time now makes Waluigi invisible for 10 seconds. Roll the Dice now gives Waluigi a 15% armor increase for 10 seconds.

This concept really stretched the rules of DHBM, maybe even broke some. Waluigi would definitely be S tier.
