Anyways… it’s safe to assume we need to look at the beginning of the treasure hunt.
The first thing we did was unscramble the clue and take the first letter of each word.
We probably need to do something along those lines?

OK! So we KNOW Polaris is TELLING us TWO things. We have EVERYTHING WE NEED to solve the clue. And we have to go to where the treasure hunt start. We KNOW this.
So Polaris liked the post that mentions that the start in the final clue refers to the start of the treasure hunt. The link to the first cipher was in the October sign in patch notes but I don’t see anything new there
