Just because Drakken was confirmed, that doesn’t mean he’ll come in the next patch. Hamm was leaked around November(correct me if I’m wrong) and he came 2 months later…

In the case of Hamm, he was accidentally added into the Diamond Crates in Server 24 when PB first launched that server in… December, I think?
