So the opinion is that Disney Junior characters should not be allowed because it would bring in junior players?
Sounds exclusionist to me.
As pointed out previously, we’ve already got those junior appeal characters, so it’s too late to complain about adding more.
That’s why I think it’s more about petty resentment at this time then any rational consideration.
As in, this one is allowed, but that one is not.
But they are children, meeting their child, and nothing about that is weird to you?!
I think it’s more about how this game has in-game purchases. A parent probably doesn’t want their young child to play a game that allows them to spend real money. Yes they can monitor the child but they most likely can’t monitor the child playing the game all the time. But parents are likely to trust an older child to play the game that knows about money and is more likely to understand and be more careful. I doubt a parent would want their child to spend $99 dollars for a deal for a character the child liked when the parent was too busy to notice.
Actually, there is way to prevent that, password lock on purchases.
Then don’t tell your child the password.
I know everytime I purchase something in this game, it won’t let me unless I enter the password.
So using this method means if the child wants to buy something, they need parental permission/authorization.
That is a good idea but not many people might now know about that. I just heard about it today.
Oh I wasn’t saying it wouldn’t be weird, just that it isn’t a “Timeline brake” in as simple of a sense as people have previously described.

I have 3 kids ages 7 and under. I know most Disney Junior shows by heart now. If Henry Hugglemonster doesn’t fit this game, I don’t know who does, lol.

Interesting choice, I wonder how a math whiz type character would fit into the game, in terms of combat abilities.
I’m imagining a Math Wrath type skillset, in like he’s a support class buffer, increasing certain stats by just being present in the team, like for example, increasing energy conversation and decreasing cost of using Active/White abiities.
Kit Secord from the Rocketeer could be another interesting addition.

I think it’s probable but not in the near future. They still have like a LOT of other IPs to explore. I mean recently they added Agent P and 22. 2 new IPs.
Pretty sure devs said there will be no disney junior characters.

I want an official confirmation from the Devs via the community rep that there will be no Disney Junior characters added.
Otherwise it’s just an viewpoint with no credible reference.
The main obstacle is that this game is mostly about movies and since Disney Junior characters are show characters, that’s a fairly big roadblock to their inclusion.
