Increases her team’s speed by X and decreasing the enemy team’s speed by X and Charms a random enemy by X
Green Skill: Pompon, help!
At the start of each wave, Pumpkin Pie Cookie’s Pompon grows to a giant size, causing area damage for 8 seconds, Giant Pompon deals X damage to all enemies over time and applies a non-stackable debuff, decreasing the amount of healing the enemies receive. While on the battlefield, Giant Pompon increases Pumpkin Pie Cookie’s attack and speed for by X
