Dr. Joshua Sweet (Atlantis: The Lost Empire)
As scary as he is friendly, Dr. Joshua Sweet brings his medical expertise to the battlefield, patching up his wounded allies and terrifying the creeps who oppose them.

Basic Animations
Entrance: With a confident stride, Dr. Sweet strolls to the frontline, medical bag in tow, and greets the enemy team with a wry smile.
Basic Attack: Dr. Sweet adopts a low stance and throws one solid left punch, letting out an excited shout as he does.
Victory: Dr. Sweet sets his medical bag on the ground and crosses his arms with a grin, satisfied at the result of the battle.
Defeat: Dr. Sweet’s medical bag goes flying, its contents breaking as they’re dumped out, a sight which the good doctor looks appalled to see before casting his face skyward and facepalming in anguish.
Skills
White Skill: World-Renowned Medical Expert ()
- Passive: Dr. Sweet’s basic attacks heal himself and allies for 75% of the damage dealt.
- Active: Dr. Sweet moves to the nearest enemy to “fix” their neck, Stunning them and causing them to take X (determined by Basic Damage) Fantastic damage per second for 6 seconds. During this time, allies are Precise and gain 80 Crit Damage against the target. Precise allies’ attacks can hit Invisible enemies and cannot be dodged.
- Animation: Dr. Sweet rushes to the nearest enemy, sets his medical bag on the ground, plants both hands around the target’s neck-ish area, twists one way, twists another way, and steps back with a smile. He then picks his medical bag back up.
Green Skill: Fill 'Em Up ()
- Dr. Sweet pulls out and throws two large beakers at the farthest enemy, dealing X (determined by Basic Damage) Fantastic damage with each hit and applying Shatter to the target for 8 seconds. Shattered enemies take 8% of their maximum HP in True damage each time they are dealt Fantastic damage. Damage over time effects can trigger this only once per second. The Shatter has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
- Animation: Dr. Sweet sets his medical bag on the ground, rummages inside for a second, and happily whips out two large beakers. Unsure of what to do with them in the middle of a fight, he shrugs and tosses them at the furthest enemy, where they shatter on impact.
Blue Skill: This Little Beauty ()
- Dr. Sweet pulls out and shows off his bone saw, dealing X (determined by Skill Power) Fantastic damage to all enemies and Scaring them for 16 seconds. The Scare has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
– Allies permanently gain X (determined by Level) Basic Damage and Skill Power each time they deal damage to a Scared enemy, stacking without limit. - Animation: Dr. Sweet reaches into his medical bag with his free hand and whips out a gleaming, beautiful bone saw. He holds it up, showing it off at different angles with delight, before placing it back in his medical bag.
Purple Skill: Former Military Medic
- Dr. Sweet removes 2 debuffs from a random ally healed by his basic attack. This effect has a chance to fail on allies above level X.
- Dr. Sweet passively gains X (determined by Level) Damage Negation. Damage Negation reduces all damage that the hero receives.
Red Skill: Student of the Arapaho
- Allies healed by Dr. Sweet’s basic attacks while already at full health gain 120% of the healing as a Shield that lasts until destroyed.
- When Dr. Sweet crits or super crits with his basic attack, he will fully Cleanse a random ally instead of only removing 2 debuffs.
- Dr. Sweet is immune to all disables. This has a chance to fail above level X.

Friend Disk Campaigns
Disk #1 - "All-Natural Healing"
During one of Dr. Sweet’s patrols, he comes across an astonishing sight: A mandrill carrying a shaman’s staff, harnessing the spiritual energy of nature itself to heal the wounds of a deer that had been attacked by creeps. What’s more, this mandrill has the ability to speak! Calling himself Old Rafiki, the simian shaman introduces himself to the flabbergasted medic, who has heard legends of shamanistic healing from his Arapaho teachers, but really should’ve known by now not to dismiss myth and legends for being unlikely. Also, the mandrill is talking, and that’s a pretty big deal, as well. But thinking practically, Dr. Sweet realizes that the primate’s healing abilities would come in handy, so he asks Rafiki if he could assist the war medic with his patrol and, perhaps, even pay a visit to the Hero Clinic to patch up some folks in need of more…esoteric remedies. Rafiki gives the medic an appraising look, decides that he’s not out for any self-gain, and agrees to help. And so, the two set off to bash creeps and lend medical aid to those in need.

When Dr. Sweet heals an ally or himself with the passive effect of World-Renowned Medical Expert, the target gains Basic Damage equal to 18% (+18% per additional star) of the amount healed for 8 seconds. This effect can stack up to 3 times.
Disk #2 - "The Good Doctor?"
Dr. Facilier is a shady dude who, of course, specializes in the field of Be-Careful-What-You-Wish-For-ology. But his clientele in the criminal underworld has all but dried up–seems like every villain in town knows that his deals are worth less than the handshake that seals them. He knows striking deals with more virtuous targets could bite him in the…other side, but he’s really running out of options here, and the loa he’s sworn service to are getting impatient. And so The Shadow Man sets his sights on Dr. Sweet–easy, simple, he’s a doctor, he’s gotta want to help people, surely he’ll take a bite out of what the voodoo vendor has to offer! Sure enough, Dr. Sweet is interested in the idea of augmenting his medical capabilities, but to The Shadow Man’s horror, this jovial combat medic wants to see some practical demonstrations first. Scientific method and all that! Anxious and on the verge of outright panic, Dr. Facilier agrees to show what his brand of voodoo has to offer by “helping out” some folks in need. But as the demonstrations proceed, Dr. Sweet becomes more and more skeptical, while Dr. Facilier becomes more and more desperate.

- Allies: Anger (who wants to be less stressed, ends up in a coma instead), Eeyore (who lost his tail, and ends up with Corey’s snake tail once Facilier is through with him), Carl (who wants some peace and quiet in the City, and suddenly finds himself completely deaf)
