New Refresh Concept: Miguel Rivera
Miguel’s kit is a neat concept, but its current iteration is too weak to be useful. Let’s kick things up a notch and make this Support a real contender! Particularly one who can make the battle go spectacularly wrong if you don’t get rid of him quickly!
The Refresh
Base Stats
- Basic Damage increased by 100%
- Skill Power increased by 85%
- HP increased by 100%
Skills
White Skill - Crescendo
- Miguel’s basic attacks give the targeted ally 2 notes instead of 1
- Activating this ability no longer removes notes, but notes are now capped at 5
- New effect: Each time Miguel would apply a note to an ally with 5 notes, that ally gains 2 stacks of Hardy
- New effect: Allies with 5 Notes when this ability is activated gain 3 stacks of Hardy
"Passive: Miguel’s basic attacks apply 2 healing musical Notes above a random ally or himself, healing them for X HP every second per Note, to a maximum of 5 Notes. If Miguel targets an ally who already has 5 Notes, that ally gains 2 stacks of Hardy. Also, Miguel cannot be Charmed.
Active: Miguel strums his guitar, healing himself and allies for X HP per Note currently on them. Allies who have 5 healing Notes will also gain 3 stacks of Hardy."
Green Skill - Sharpen
- Increased Skill Power by 150%
- Initial cooldown reduced by 1 second and total cooldown reduced by 3 seconds
- New effect: Now also increases Basic Damage by the same amount
- New effect: Stat bonus is permanent, but each ally can only have 1 Sharp Note maximum
"Miguel places a Sharp Note above a random ally, granting them X additional Basic Damage and Skill Power for the rest of the wave. Allies can only have 1 Sharp Note at any time.
When Miguel uses Crescendo, allies with a Sharp Note gain 300 Energy."
Blue Skill - Flatten
- Increased Armor reduction by 100%
- Also reduces Attack Speed and Reality by the same amounts
- Now affects all enemies
- Cooldown reduced by 2 seconds
- Now has an 8 second duration
"Miguel places a Flat Note over all enemies’ heads, reducing their Armor and Reality by X and reducing their Attack and Movement Speeds by 60% for 8 seconds.
When Miguel uses Crescendo, any enemy with a Flat Note is Stunned for 6 seconds."
Purple Skill - Serenade
- New effect: For 5 seconds after using Crescendo, basic attacks can Charm enemies
"Miguel gains X Skill Power per Note in the battle, including from enemy Miguels.
In addition, for 5 seconds after using Crescendo, Miguel causes affected allies’ basic attacks to have a 30% chance to Charm enemies hit for 6 seconds."
Red Skill - Uplifting Music
- Basic Damage stat bonus increased by 100%
"When Miguel uses Crescendo, he and his allies have their maximum HP increased by X for each Note on them.
Miguel and his allies start each wave with 1 healing Note.
The maximum HP increase has a chance to fail above level X."
