New Refresh Concept: Miss Piggy

Another tragic tale. This pig never really got to fly, despite elements of her kit being very strong. Miss Piggy is meant to be a melee powerhouse who can slip past a lot of disables and deliver some real punishment, only able to be stopped by brute force. But unfortunately, all it takes to take this pig to market is a stiff breeze. With a few tweaks, Miss Piggy could truly be a terrifying foe, so let’s let her live that dream.


The Refresh

General

  • Miss Piggy’s badges have been adjusted to give her Evasion equal to roughly 45% at most Red and Yellow ranks.
  • A Piggy icon with a counter has been added, showing how many stacks of disable dodging from Hands Off! Miss Piggy currently has.

Base Stats

  • Basic damage increased by 150%
  • Skill power increased by 175%
  • HP increased by 200%
  • Base attack speed increased by 25%
  • Base movement speed increased by 25%

Skills

:white_circle: White Skill - Hi-Ya!

  • Increased damage by 50% per hit
  • New effect: Enemies hit are Slowed by 60% and have their Armor and Reality reduced by 75% for 8 seconds.

“Miss Piggy karate chops, punches, and kicks enemies in front of her, dealing X damage per hit and knocking them back. Enemies hit are Slowed by 60% and have their Armor and Reality reduced by 75% for 8 seconds.”

  • Reworked

"Miss Piggy tosses her hair, granting herself a buff for 5 seconds that gives her 100% bonus Crit Damage and causes any enemy who hits her with a basic attack to be Charmed or Stunned for 6 seconds.

The Charm or Stun from this ability cannot be Evaded or reduced by Tenacity."

  • Increased bonus attack speed to 75%
  • Increased bonus Basic Damage by 100%
  • New effect: Each time Miss Piggy super crits an enemy, she gains another stack of disable dodging

"At the start of each wave, Miss Piggy dodges the first 3 disables. After she dodges a disable, her Attack Speed is increased by 25% and she gains X Basic Damage for 6 seconds.

The duration of the Attack Speed and Basic Damage boosts are extended by 6 seconds if Miss Piggy dodges another disable while the boosts are active.

Each time Miss Piggy super crits an enemy, she gains another stack of disable dodging."

  • New effect: When Miss Piggy hits an enemy that is above 90% of their maximum HP with her basic attack, the cooldown of It is Moi is immediately reset.

  • Current Level Effect: Increased bonus Fantastic damage to Tank enemies by 500%
  • Added Level Effect: +X Basic Damage
  • Current Star Effect: Increased Energy gain to 90 (+90 per additional star) Energy
  • Added Star Effect: The next use of Hi-Ya!, as well as the Fantastic damage from this disk, deals 25% (+25% per additional star) additional damage each time Miss Piggy ignores a knockback effect.
  • Added Star Effect: Upon reaching 50% HP, Miss Piggy becomes Invincible for 4 seconds, immediately uses It is Moi, and gains 1 (+1 per additional star) stack of disable dodging.

Disk #2 - Gaston

  • Current Level Effect: Increased healing by 100%
  • Added Level Effect: +X Basic Damage to Miss Piggy and allies
  • Added Level Effect: +X Armor
  • Added Level Effect: +X Reality
  • Current Star Effect: Removed
  • New Star Effect: Miss Piggy’s attack and movement speed is permanently increased by 2% (+2% per additional star) each time she dodges a disable, and Miss Piggy keeps this buff from wave to wave.

New Refresh Concept: Yzma

You probably forgot Yzma was even in the game, didn’t you? On the face of things, she doesn’t seem like an obvious candidate for a Refresh–since her ability numbers are…not the worst, and her base stats are not bad at all–but when you consider her extremely low usage by players of all levels, it kinda paints a picture of a unit that doesn’t have any place to fit in. Perhaps some additional damage, utility, and control is what this manic maniac needs.


The Refresh

General

  • The effects of Yzma’s Red Skill that allow her basic attacks and the debuffs from Alchemy to splash to enemies in an area are now innate effects of Yzma’s basic attacks.

Base Stats

  • Basic damage increased by 75%
  • Skill power increased by 50%
  • HP increased by 100%
  • Base attack speed increased by 30%

Skills

:white_circle: White Skill - Push Your Luck

  • Increased minimum damage by 100%, maximum damage by 25%, and Auto damage by 90%
  • Time needed for the charged potion’s maximum damage reduced to 5 seconds
  • This ability no longer has a chance to blow up in Yzma’s face
  • New effect: Enemies hit are afflicted with 3 random debuffs (Sap, Scare, Silence, Freeze, Charm, Hex, Shatter, 5 stacks of Fatigue, 3 stacks of Weakness, 60% Slow, Snare, or removal of all buffs) that last for 8 seconds

"Yzma becomes Invincible and begins mixing a potion for up to 5 seconds. She then throws the potion at the closest enemies, dealing between X and Y damage depending on how long she mixed the potion. Enemies hit are afflicted with 3 random debuffs (Sap, Scare, Silence, Freeze, Charm, Hex, Shatter, 5 stacks of Fatigue, 3 stacks of Weakness, 60% Slow, Snare, or removal of all buffs) that last for 8 seconds.

While not on Auto, the player can end her mixing early by tapping her portrait. While on Auto, Yzma will always mix the potion for 2.5 seconds."

  • Increased damage by 25%
  • This ability will now deal damage and apply its Stun to all enemies in an area
  • Stun duration increased to 8 seconds

“Yzma throws a potion at a group of enemies, turning them into llamas, Stunning them for 8 seconds, and dealing X damage.”

  • Scare duration increased to 12 seconds and affects all enemies
  • New effect: This ability also Curses enemies for the same duration

"Yzma cackles, Scaring and Cursing all enemies for 12 seconds.

The Scare and Curse have a chance to fail against enemies above level X."

:purple_circle: Purple Skill - Alchemy

  • Now applies its effects to every basic attack and every use of Push Your Luck
  • New effect: Yzma heals herself for 20% of all damage caused

"Every potion thrown by Yzma with her basic attacks or Push Your Luck will either Blind, Curse, or Stun enemies. There is a 25% chance to Blind, a 35% to Curse, or a 40% to Stun the enemies hit for 9 seconds.

Additionally, Yzma heals herself for 20% of all damage she deals.

The debuffs have a chance to fail against enemies above level X."

:red_circle: Red Skill - Wardrobe Change

  • Stat bonuses unchanged
  • New effect: Enemies Cursed by Yzma have their healing reduced by 90% instead of the usual 50%
  • New effect: Each time a Cursed enemy receives healing, they lose 250 Energy, with the Energy removal being less effective against enemies above level X
  • New effect: Once per wave, when Yzma falls to 0 HP, she retreats into her palanquin, re-emerging after 6 seconds, healing for X HP, and increasing all her damage and debuff durations by 50% for the rest of the wave

"Yzma’s basic attacks deal an additional X Fantastic damage.

Enemies Cursed by Yzma have their healing reduced by 90% instead of 50%, and each time a Cursed enemy receives healing, they lose 250 Energy.

Once per wave, when Yzma falls to 0 HP, she retreats into her palanquin. After 6 seconds, she re-emerges, healing herself for X HP and increasing all her damage and debuff durations by 50% for the rest of the wave.

The Energy removal has a chance to fail against enemies above level X."

Disk #1 - Ursula

  • Added Level Effect: Cursed enemies lose X Reality
  • Added Level Effect: +X Reality
  • Added Star Effect: Cursed enemies take Fantastic damage every second equal to 25% of Yzma’s Skill Power per star (to a maximum of 125% of Yzma’s Skill Power at 5 stars)

Disk #2 - Miss Piggy

  • Current Level Effect: Increased Basic Damage and Skill Power bonuses by 50%
  • Added Star Effect: Increases the splash radius of Yzma’s potions by 20% per star (to a maximum of 100% additional splash radius at 5 stars)

I actually really like a lot of these!

For your next character refresh, can you do either Sulley, Mickey, or Huey/Duey/Louie?

Ducks, maybe. Probably won’t be the next, but they can be added to the list. Sulley’s already still pretty solid, and Musk already made a pretty comprehensive Mickey Refresh concept that comprises a lot of the changes I would’ve suggested. :V

New Refresh Concept: Moana

What? Another melee DPS in dire need of a refresh? What a shockerrrrrrr…


The Refresh

General

  • Moana’s basic attacks will now always splash to hit all enemies behind her target for 75% damage.

Base Stats

  • Basic damage increased by 75%
  • Skill power increased by 50%
  • HP increased by 100%
  • Base attack speed increased by 20%

Skills

:white_circle: White Skill - Oceanic Shield

  • Increased shield HP by 1000%
  • Increased shield duration to 12 seconds
  • Moana now gains this bonus Attack Speed while shielded from any source

"Moana grants herself a shield with X HP for 12 seconds.

While shielded from any source, Moana gains 200% Attack Speed."

:green_circle: Green Skill - Into the Fray

  • Increased damage by 300%
  • This attack can be repeated each time Moana falls below the HP threshold
  • New effect: The affected enemy is now Stunned for 10 seconds, and this stun cannot be dodged, Evaded, or have its duration reduced by Tenacity

"When Moana falls below 50% HP, she jumps at the closest enemy with her oar, dealing X damage and Stunning them for 10 seconds. The Stun cannot be dodged, Evaded, or have its duration reduced by Tenacity.

Moana then stays in melee range, attacking with her oar for the remainder of the fight. This ability can be triggered without limit."

  • Increased healing by 300%
  • Increased the spirit’s travel speed by 30%
  • New effect: This ability now Cleanses Moana of all debuffs

"Whenever someone on Moana’s team, including Moana herself, uses their active skill, the spirit of Moana’s grandmother heals Moana for X HP and Cleanses her of all debuffs.

This effect can not trigger again while the spirit is on the screen."

  • Increased Energy gain to 250
  • New effect: The spirit also grants Moana X Armor and X Reality for 6 seconds
  • New effect: Moana is immune to all Distract effects

  • Current Level Effect: Increased bonus Basic Damage by 350%
  • Added Level Effect: Moana’s basic attacks also deal X Fantastic damage over 3 seconds to all enemies hit
  • Added Star Effect: Moana’s melee basic attacks Slow enemies hit by 2% per star (maximum of 10% at 5 stars) for 3 seconds, stacking up to 10 times

Disk #2 - Mickey Mouse

  • Current Level Effect: Increased bonus HP by 500%
  • Added Level Effect: +X Armor
  • Current Star Effect: Now grants the ally 20% of the shield’s HP per star (maximum of 100% at 5 stars)
  • Added Star Effect: Love and Protection now also has a 20% chance per star (maximum of 100% at 5 stars) to heal and Cleanse that same ally

New Refresh Concept: Huey, Dewey, & Louie

So the idea here isn’t bad, but the execution is lacking. Their traps are too few to be reliable, don’t stun for nearly long enough, and the boys themselves are too frail and feeble to manipulate the battlefield like they clearly want to. Let’s give these ducks a little more quack, shall we?


The Refresh

General

  • Huey, Dewey, & Louie’s badges have been adjusted to give them roughly 40% Reality Negation and 75% Crit Damage, as well as 20% more Tenacity, at most Red and Yellow ranks.

Base Stats

  • Basic damage increased by 150%
  • Skill power increased by 150%
  • HP increased by 130%

Skills

:white_circle: White Skill - Dematerializer

  • Increased damage by 100%
  • Increased Stun duration to 9 seconds
  • This attack now hits 2 random enemies, in addition to the furthest enemy, and now places them all randomly on top of one of Huey, Dewey, & Louie’s existing bear traps, if enough are placed

“Huey, Dewey, & Louie pull out their dematerializer blaster and zap it at the furthest enemy and 2 other random enemies, placing the targets on top of their bear traps, if enough are placed. This attack deals X damage to the targets and Stuns them for 9 seconds.”

:green_circle: Green Skill - Woodchuck Trap Badge

  • Increased damage by 100%
  • Increased Stun duration to 7 seconds
  • Damage type changed to Normal damage
  • Increased number of traps laid to 5, and traps will prioritize being placed in front of enemies more often

“At the beginning of each wave, Huey, Dewey, & Louie place 5 bear traps at random places on the battlefield, prioritizing spaces in front of enemies. Each bear trap deals X damage and Stuns the first enemy to walk on the trap for 7 seconds.”

  • Scattered bear traps will now function identically to the traps from Woodchuck Trap Badge
  • Increased damage by 200%

  • New effect: The cooldown of this ability is immediately reset when Huey, Dewey, & Louie KO an enemy

"Huey, Dewey, & Louie jump on their skateboard and ride across the battlefield, dealing X damage and knocking back each enemy hit. The three also randomly place 5 bear traps identical to the bear traps from Woodchuck Trap Badge.

The remaining cooldown of this ability is reduced by 100% when Huey, Dewey, & Louie KO an enemy."

  • Increased HP and Skill Power stat bonuses by 50%
  • New effect: Stuns against Tank role enemies last 75% longer
  • New effect: Woodchuck Trap Badge and Woodchuck Travel Badge lay out 2 additional bear traps per Tank role enemy

"Each time an enemy is damaged by a bear trap, they lose X Basic Damage and X Armor for 12 seconds. This can stack up to 4 times.

  • New Star Effect: Dematerializer also applies 1 stack of Fatigue per star (to a maximum of 5 stacks at 5 stars) to affected enemies, and when a stack of Fatigue is removed from an enemy, one random ally has a 20% chance per star (to a maximum of 100% chance at 5 stars) to gain 1 stack of Hardy

Disk #2 - Donald Duck

  • Current Level Effect: Increased healing by 75%
  • Added Level Effect: +X Basic Damage
  • Current Star Effect: Unchanged

HDL’S Fantastic Crit is fine for now, but PB needs a very good reality negation badge to stick on them, like they did to Jack Sparrow at R19.

Hey, for taking an idea recommendation from me, and making a refresh concept out of it, you did a pretty good job, I must give credit where it’s due.

New Refresh Concept: Rapunzel

Look how they massacred my girl! Rapunzel does next to nothing, and the little she does do…doesn’t do much. Her support capabilities need to be boosted hardcore, and her offensive utility needs to be boosted hardcore. Basically, we’re gonna be going hard to help make sure Rapunzel can survive and thrive in these trying times.

Also, I’m test-driving a new feature where I add example text of what each ability will look like in their description boxes. Should add some clarity to my changes.


The Refresh

General

  • Rapunzel’s badges have been drastically adjusted, now giving her roughly 70% Normal Crit, 65% Fantastic Crit, 80% Reality Negation, 45% Crit Damage, and 55% Evasion at most ranks.

Base Stats

  • Basic damage increased by 150%
  • Skill power increased by 125%
  • HP increased by 55%
  • Base attack speed increased by 25%

Skills

:white_circle: White Skill - Frying Pan Pummel

  • Increased damage by 100%
  • Stun duration increased to 12 seconds
  • New effect: The target now has all of their active buffs removed

“Rapunzel lassos the furthest enemy with her hair, pulling them toward her. She then hits them with her frying pan, dealing X damage, Stunning them for 12 seconds, removing all of their active buffs, and knocking them back. The knocked-back enemy knocks back each enemy they pass through.”

  • Increased healing by 300%
  • Reduced cooldown to 8 seconds
  • Relocated effect: This ability now Cleanses all allies of all their debuffs, with a chance to fail above level X

  • Skill Power bonus increased by 100%
  • Reality bonus increased by 150%

New Refresh Concept: Alice

Alice is in the running to be the worst hero in the game, fighting for the distinction with other such dishonorable mentions as Mike, Aladdin, Maui, and Gonzo. I had to actually look up and see what role Alice was supposed to be filling–Support? Are you kidding me? With what?! Welp, today we’re gonna fix all that. It’s gonna be a lot of work, but when we’re done, Alice is gonna be a Support, gosh darn it!


The Refresh

Base Stats

  • Basic Damage increased by 150%
  • Skill Power increased by 75%
  • HP increased by 100%
  • Base attack speed increased by 20%

Skills

:white_circle: White Skill - Eat Me

  • Increased healing by 300%
  • Increased Enormous duration to 15 seconds
  • Relocated effect: Now gains the current benefit of Giant Boost
  • New effect: Alice and her allies have their attack speed increased by 75% and become Energized while Alice is Enormous. Allies Energized by Alice gain 70 additional Energy each time they perform a basic attack.

"Alice eats a cookie, healing her for X HP. In addition, Alice and her allies have their attack speed increased by 75% and become Energized for 15 seconds. Allies Energized by Alice gain 70 additional Energy each time they perform a basic attack.

Alice then becomes Enormous, increasing her maximum HP by X and her Basic Damage by 400% for 15 seconds. While Enormous, Alice’s abilities have different effects."

  • Increased Normal-Sized Slow to 60%, and increased duration to 14 seconds
  • Increased Enormous damage by 300%, and this attack now hits all enemies
  • Reduced initial cooldown by 2 seconds
  • New effect: Enemies affected by the Normal-Sized effect also have 350 Energy removed
  • New effect: Enemies hit by the Enormous effect are Stunned for 6 seconds

"Alice falls backward and cries, Slowing all enemies’ attack and movement speeds by 60% for 14 seconds and removing 350 Energy from them. This Energy removal is less effective against enemies above level X.

While Enormous, her giant tear drops instead fall to the ground, dealing X damage to all enemies and Stunning them for 6 seconds."

  • Entirely reworked

"When Alice reaches 50% of her HP in Normal-Sized form, she stomps her foot in frustration, applying 2 stacks of Hardy to herself and her allies and healing them for X HP every second for 12 seconds. If Alice or an ally is healed above full HP, 30% of the overhealing is converted into Basic Damage that lasts until the ally is KO’d. This effect can be triggered up to 3 times per wave.

While Enormous, Alice gains a basic attack, stomping on the 3 nearest enemies for X damage and knocking them back. Each time an enemy is knocked back by this attack, Alice’s allies are healed for X HP and gain X Basic Damage for 4 seconds, stacking up to 3 times."

  • Previous effect relocated to Eat Me
  • Entirely reworked

"While Alice is Enormous, she takes 35% reduced damage from all sources.

In addition, all enemies are Scared while Alice is Enormous and take X additional Fantastic damage each time they are hit by a basic attack.

The damage reduction is less effective against enemies above level X."

  • Increase to allies’ attack speed buffs increased to 50%
  • New effect: Now removes 2 random debuffs for each charge if fewer than 4 disables were removed
  • HP bonus to Giant Boost now applied to Eat Me

"While Alice is Normal-Sized, attack speed buffs on allies are 50% more effective.

When Alice uses Eat Me, she removes 4 disables with the longest remaining durations from allies. If this effect removes fewer than 4 disables, Alice will remove 2 random debuffs for each unused charge.

The attack speed increase and disable or debuff removal have a chance to fail on allies above level X."

  • Added Star Effect: Alice is healed for 2% of her maximum HP (to a maximum of 10% at 5 stars) for each enemy hit by Tantrum while Alice is Enormous

Disk #2 - Quorra

New Refresh Concept: Flynn Rider

Sap is currently not that strong of a status ailment. Which is fine, if it serves to simply enhance an already-strong kit and doesn’t try to stand on its own as THE main thing a character does. Whoops! That’s the main thing Flynn Rider does! This dashing rogue needs some more oomph in his shoes, if you catch my drift. He’s a little frail, he’s very feeble, and he just doesn’t do a whole lot. And let’s be real, as well: Flynn Rider isn’t a controller, he’s a DPS who moonlights as a controller. With that in mind, let’s give this man back his smolder!


The Refresh

Base Stats

  • Basic damage increased by 120%
  • Skill power increased by 100%
  • HP increased by 100%
  • Base attack speed increased by 20%
  • Base movement speed increased by 20%

Skills

:white_circle: White Skill - Roguish Strike

  • Increased total damage by 300%, or roughly 100% per hit
  • New effect: Flynn gains +30% Crit Damage for each enemy hit for 8 seconds

“Flynn rapidly strikes at enemies 3 times, dealing X damage to enemies in front of him per hit and gaining +30% Crit Damage for each enemy hit for 8 seconds.”

:green_circle: Green Skill - Thief’s Opportunity

  • Increased damage by 175%
  • Now deals damage based on Basic Damage instead of Skill Power
  • Increased Sap duration to 14 seconds
  • Reduced cooldown to 7 seconds
  • Now affects all enemies in melee range

“Flynn dodges a melee attack and Counters, dealing X damage to nearby enemies, Sapping them for 14 seconds, and stealing 250 energy from them. Flynn can only perform this counter once every 7 seconds. The Sap has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.”

  • Now affects all enemies
  • Increased Sap duration to 14 seconds
  • New effect: Enemies that were already Sapped have their Sap duration refreshed and are Stunned for 6 seconds

“Flynn ‘smolders’ in front of enemies, Sapping all enemies for 14 seconds. Flynn also gains 150 Energy for each enemy he Saps. Enemies that were already Sapped have their Sap duration refreshed and are also Stunned for 6 seconds. The Sap and Stun have a chance to fail on enemies above level X.”

  • Amount of Energy stolen increased to 100 per hit per enemy
  • New effect: Each hit of Roguish Strike and Thief’s Opportunity also deals Fantastic damage equal to 10% of the target’s maximum HP and heals Flynn for 100% of the amount

"When Flynn damages an enemy with Roguish Strike, he steals 100 Energy from them per hit. The amount of Energy stolen is reduced against enemies above level X.

Additionally, each hit of Roguish Strike and Thief’s Opportunity deals additional Fantastic damage equal to 10% of the target’s maximum HP and heals Flynn for 100% of the amount. This extra damage is reduced against enemies above level X."

:red_circle: Red Skill - Done Deal

  • Increased Energy shared with allies to 50%
  • Increased Basic Damage reduction by 100%
  • New effect: Enemies hit by Roguish Strike also have their Evasion and Tenacity reduced by 45%
  • Bonus damage to Thief’s Opportunity increased by 200%
  • Bonus HP increased by 50%
  • Bonus Basic Damage increased by 20%

"Allies also receive 50% of the Energy that Flynn steals with Roguish Strike and Thief’s Opportunity. The Energy given to allies is less effective above level X.

Enemies damaged by Roguish Strike lose X Basic Damage per hit for the rest of the wave.

Additionally, enemies damaged by Roguish Strike have their Evasion and Tenacity reduced by 45% for 8 seconds."

Disk #1 - Rapunzel

  • Entirely unchanged, this disk is surprisingly good

Disk #2 - Aladdin

  • Current Level Effect: Increased bonus HP by 75% and bonus Basic Damage by 50%
  • Current Level Effect: Basic Damage bonus is now given to Flynn and all allies, instead of just Yellow Team allies
  • Current Star Effect: Cooldown reduction changed to 0.8 seconds per star, so that the cooldown of Thief’s Opportunity remains at 3 seconds when maxed

New Refresh Concept: Jasmine

And here we are again. Another one of the absolute worst heroes in the game. For being a supposed Control hero, Jasmine does next to no controlling whatsoever. Her stats are abysmal, her damage is pathetic, she stuns one guy and calls it a day, and she needs emergency help immediately. Guess it’s up to me to fix her up!


The Refresh

General

  • Jasmine’s badges have been radically altered, granting her 45% more Normal Crit as well as 60% Armor Negation, 65% Crit Damage, and 55% Tenacity at most Red and Yellow ranks.
  • Rajah’s basic attacks now hit all enemies in his melee range.

Base Stats

  • Basic damage increased by 100%
  • Skill power increased by 55%
  • HP increased by 125%
  • Base attack speed increased by 25%

Skills

:white_circle: White Skill - Tiger Strike

  • Increased Rajah’s base HP by 100% and his basic attack damage by 150%
  • Rajah will now hit and stun all enemies in an area
  • Rajah will also execute this attack when he’s resummoned

"Passive: Rajah enters the battle alongside Jasmine with X HP and deals X damage with each basic attack to all nearby enemies.

Active: The player chooses an enemy for Rajah to pounce on, dealing X damage to and Stunning the target and all nearby enemies for 10 seconds. While on Auto, Rajah will pounce at the closest enemy to Jasmine. If Rajah is KO’d, he will be resummoned before immediately executing this attack."

:green_circle: Green Skill - Fast Learner

  • Reduced initial cooldown by 1 second and total cooldown by 5 seconds
  • New effect: The target is also Slowed by 90% for 4 seconds
  • New effect: If Jasmine KO’s an enemy with this ability, the cooldown is instantly reset

"Jasmine jumps forward to the closest enemy, striking them for X damage, knocking them back, and Slowing them by 90% for 4 seconds. Jasmine then jumps back to her original position.

If the target is KO’d by this ability, the remaining cooldown is immediately reduced by 100%."

:large_blue_circle: Blue Skill - Energy Vortex

  • New effect: Now also steals 100 Energy from all other enemies
  • New effect: This ability now deals a large amount of Fantastic damage to the main target and a small amount to the rest of the enemy team

"Jasmine swirls her staff around, stealing 350 Energy from the enemy with the most Energy and dealing X damage to them. Jasmine steals 100 Energy from and deals X damage to all other enemies.

  • New effect: Now also increases Rajah’s Basic Damage, Armor, and Reality
  • New effect: Rajah’s basic attacks reduce the target’s Energy by 35, reduced against enemies above level X

"Rajah permanently gains X maximum HP, X Basic Damage, X Armor, and X Reality.

In addition, Rajah’s basic attacks remove 35 Energy from affected enemies. The Energy removal is less effective against enemies above level X."

:red_circle: Red Skill - Striking Out

  • Removed level requirement for Rajah taking no more than 20% HP from a single attack
  • Other effect reworked: Each wave, Jasmine reflects the first 3 disables back at the enemy who used them, bypassing all effects that would prevent their application
  • New effect: Tiger Strike now immediately KO’s enemies below 10% HP, ignoring all effects that would prevent the target from being KO’d, with a chance to fail above level X
  • Bonus HP stat is now also given to Jasmine
  • Bonus Tiger Strike damage increased by 200%
  • Bonus Skill Power increased by 100%

  • Current Level Effect: Also gives its Basic Attack bonus to Rajah
  • Added Level Effect: +X Armor
  • Added Star Effect: While Jasmine and Rajah’s attack speeds are increased by this disk, they have an 8% chance to Stun enemies with their basic attacks for 1 second (plus 0.5 seconds per star, to a maximum of 3 seconds at 5 stars).

Disk #2 - Aladdin

  • Current Level Effect: Increased HP bonus for Jasmine and allies by 250%
  • Current Level Effect: Increased Skill Power bonus by 200%
  • Added Star Effect: When Energy Vortex pushes Jasmine’s or her allies’ Energy above the maximum, they will receive 20% per star (to a maximum of 100% at 5 stars) of the extra Energy the next time they use their White Skill.

New Refresh Concept: Jafar

Jafar sucks and his abilities are weak and generic and I love damage-over-time effects, so we’re going to rework Jafar heavily with all of those things in mind. He’s gonna be quite different once I’m done with him. It’s fine. It’s not like he’s doing anything else right now, anyway.


The Refresh

General

  • Jafar’s badges have been altered, granting him roughly 55% Reality Negation and 90% Tenacity at most Red and Yellow ranks.
  • Jafar’s skills have been reworked to a large degree, though they retain most of their original flavor.

Base Stats

  • Basic damage increased by 100%
  • Skill power increased by 75%
  • HP increased by 250%
  • Base attack speed increased by 20%

Skills

:white_circle: White Skill - Snake Charmer

  • Now incorporates all the current effects of Sultan Vile Betrayer
  • This ability is no longer channeled, and instead lasts for 8 seconds
  • While on Auto, this ability now chooses the enemy with the highest Skill Power

"The player chooses an enemy for Jafar to Charm for 8 seconds. The Charmed enemy is immune to disables and Slows, has their Attack Speed increased by 200%, and gains X Basic Damage while they are Charmed.

While on Auto, Jafar Charms the enemy with the highest Skill Power.

The Attack Speed increase has a chance to fail on Charmed enemies above level X."

:green_circle: Green Skill - Sands of Time

  • Now Slows all enemies
  • New passive ability: Each time an enemy is Slowed, they gain a stack of Falling Sands, which deals X Fantastic damage per second per stack and lasts until the target is KO’d
  • New effect: Target of Energy steal has the duration of their debuffs increased by 6 seconds

"Passive: Each time an enemy is Slowed, they gain a stack of Falling Sands. Each stack of Falling Sands deals X Fantastic damage per second to the target.

Jafar summons a magic hourglass, Slowing all enemies by 75% for 9 seconds. He then steals 350 Energy from the enemy with the most Energy and increases the duration of all active debuffs on the target by 6 seconds.

The amount of Energy stolen is reduced against enemies above level X."

  • Increased damage per second by 50%
  • Duration of damage over time and Blind effects increased to 8 seconds
  • Cooldown reduced to 10 seconds

Additionally, enemies Charmed by Snake Charmer apply 1 stack of Falling Sands to the targets of their basic attacks.

The Falling Sands application has a chance to fail on enemies above level X."

  • Now grants himself Stun immunity while an enemy is Charmed by Snake Charmer
  • Snake Charmer now Charms 2 enemies
  • Energy gain changed to 50 per Slowed enemy per second
  • Bonus stats unchanged

"Snake Charmer now Charms a second enemy chosen at random, and Jafar is immune to Stuns while any enemy is Charmed by Snake Charmer.

Jafar gains 50 Energy per second per Slowed enemy.

The Stun immunity has a chance to fail against enemies above level X."


Friend Campaign Disks

Disk #1 - Gaston

  • Current Level Effect: Removed
  • New Level Effect: +X Basic Damage to Jafar and allies
  • New Level Effect: +X Armor to Jafar and allies
  • Current Star Effect: Removed
  • New Star Effect: Enemies are Slowed by 2% (to a maximum of 10% at 5 stars) for each stack of Falling Sands on them. The Slow from this disk does not add a stack of Falling Sands to the target.

Disk #2 - Scar

  • Current Level Effect: Removed
  • New Level Effect: +X HP to Jafar and allies
  • New Level Effect: +X Skill Power
  • Current Star Effect: Bonus damage to Damage and Control enemies increased to 5% per star (to a maximum of 25% at 5 stars)
