New Refresh Concept: Sally
One of my favorite heroes in the game conceptually, Sally is meant to be a threatening damage-sponge tank that dishes out heavy retaliation to her opponents while doing respectable DoT damage in her own right. As of right now, she doesn’t so much retaliate as she does tickle, and she’s much too frail to boot, so she’s failing at all of her mission statements. Let’s fix that.
The Refresh
General
- Sally’s Poison stacks will now appear in the debuff icons above the enemy with the number of stacks clearly shown.
- Sally’s badges have been adjusted, giving her roughly 80% Reality Negation, 60% Fantastic Crit, 55% Crit Damage, and 75% Tenacity at most Red and Yellow ranks.
Base Stats
- Basic damage increased by 60%
- Skill power increased by 50%
- HP increased by 160%
Skills
White Skill - Deadly Nightshade
- Sally’s basic attack now deals damage, in addition to applying Poison stacks
- Sally’s basic attack deals Fantastic damage
- Poison now stacks without limit, instead of capping at 3 stacks
- Poison’s periodic damage increased by 300%
- Activating this skill deals 50% increased damage per Poison stack
- New effect: When Sally removes her Poison stacks by activating this ability, she also removes 3 buffs from each affected enemy
"Passive: Sally’s basic attacks deal Fantastic damage and also apply 2 stacks of Poison to each enemy hit. Each stack of Poison deals X Fantastic damage every second until removed, and can stack without limit.
Active: Sally consumes all stacks of Poison, dealing X damage per stack of Poison consumed to poisoned enemies. Enemies hit by this ability also have 3 random buffs removed."
Green Skill - Frog’s Breath
- Increased damage by 200%
- Increased splash radius by 50%
- Reduced initial cooldown by 1.5 seconds and total cooldown by 2 seconds
- New effect: Apply 3 stacks of Fatigue to affected enemies
“Sally throws a flask at the furthest enemy, dealing X damage and applying 2 stacks of Poison and 3 stacks of Fatigue to all enemies in the area.”
Blue Skill - Something in the Wind
- Increased HP recovery by 200%
- Increased radius of toxic cloud by 100%
- The toxic cloud will remain for the rest of the wave instead of expiring after 10 seconds
- Increased Poison stack generation to 1 per second
- New effect: Sally gains 6 stacks of Hardy and becomes Invincible for 6 seconds upon reviving
- New effect: Sally’s allies gain X Skill Power for 12 seconds
"Once per wave, when Sally reaches 0 HP, she releases a toxic cloud and revives, regaining X HP. She also gains 6 stacks of Hardy and becomes Invincible for 6 seconds.
Sally’s allies gain X Skill Power for 12 seconds when this ability is activated.
The toxic cloud remains around Sally for the rest of the wave until she is KO’d, applying a stack of Poison every second to all enemies within range."
Purple Skill - Stronger Than She Seams
- Increased maximum HP gain by 100%
- New effect: Enemies affected by Deadly Nightshade’s active effect become Distracted by Sally for 8 seconds
- New effect: Sally takes 50% reduced damage from enemies affected by Poison
"When Sally activates Deadly Nightshade, affected enemies become Distracted by Sally for 8 seconds.
Sally gains an extra X maximum HP and takes 50% reduced damage from Poisoned enemies."
Red Skill - Fog Juice
- Red Skill effect reworked slightly
- Increased damage per second by 100%
- No changes to the stat boosts
"Once every 8 seconds, when Sally loses 20% of her maximum HP, she gains 80% damage mitigation for 4 seconds and releases a toxic cloud that travels across the screen, dealing X damage per second to enemies within the cloud and applying 2 stacks of Poison to each affected enemy per second.
The damage mitigation is reduced against enemies above level X."

Disk #1 - Yax
- Current Level Effect: Increased bonus Reality by 100%
- Added Level Effect: Sally’s toxic clouds from Something in the Wind and Fog Juice give allies X additional Reality for 8 seconds
- Current Star Effect: Tank Reality bonus changed to +20% (+20% per additional star)
- Added Star Effect: After Something in the Wind is activated, Sally will heal for 2% (+2% per additional star) of her maximum HP every second for 12 seconds.
Disk #2 - Tia Dalma
- Current Level Effect: Increased Deadly Nightshade bonus damage by 100%
- Added Level Effect: +X Skill Power to Sally and allies
- Current Star Effect: Removed
- New Star Effect: Poison now reduces affected enemies’ Basic Damage and Skill Power by 12% (+12% per additional star) for the duration.
- New Star Effect: Activating Deadly Nightshade now reduces affected enemies’ Reality by 15% (+15% per additional star) for 8 seconds.
