That began as of August, I believe. The only regular new character slot is from prize walls.
Since Sign-In rewards revamp there is no Sign-In hero.
I personally believe that because of only getting 1 and a third of a hero per cap raise, the time between cap raises should be lengthened.
Back in the time with sign-in hero we had more than 2 heroes per cap raise.
So at current pace of heroes the time between cap raises should be at least 6 weeks (=42 days, exactly 2 prize walls time)

I’ve always suggested it should be:
-level increase each 4 weeks
-rarity increase each 6 weeks
So every 12 weeks we would had 3 level increases and 2 rarity ones, sounds pretty fair tbh.

Well I am pretty sure that they won’t do one without the other nowadays /ever/.
So any divisive propositions are fairly pointless.

My last wish on DHBM, that the next prize wall after Mai, Aladdin characters wouldn’t be complete without a furry little monkey name Abu. Because Aladdin 30th Anniversary will be later this year. Since Hercules had more characters including Zuez and Phil.
I’ve no doubt at all that it will be delayed until literally the day after the Trial Event finishes

Fine by me, delayed cap raise…
All these badges crates won’t give Y18 badges then, and gap between this and Y20 will be only 3 weeks, so nothing good, oh and FTN is running now. It was perfect timing for cap rise.
The delay gives nothing really, you could use these over 10k stamina used daily for new badges.
Even if Y20 gets delayed, that’s still nothing.
