Freeze has reduced effect against enemies above level X.

Green Skill: Ice Surround
✨Fantastic Damage
Killer Frost unleashes a wave of cold energy dealing X damage and freezing the three closest enemies for 5.0 seconds.

Freeze has reduced effect against enemies above level X.

Blue Skill: Freezer Life
Whenever Killer Frost freezes at least an enemy, she heals herself by X HP and increases her armor by X.

Purple Skill: Subsequent Zero
Killer Frost is immune to freeze.

Immunity has a chance to fail against attacks from enemies above level X.

Red Skill: Icy Reception
At the start of every wave, Killer Frost freezes the strongest enemy for 4.0 seconds.

She barely sounds like a Tank, I’d go with Control.

Now that I think about it, I guess it would be better as a damage. The only thing she does to enemies is basically damage and freeze. Nothing more… So, I guess damage is better.
