Herc - Son of Zeus, the leader of the gods (in the movie at least)
Taran - I haven’t seen the movie, but I’m guessing he fell in love with Princess Eilonwy?
Tarzan - Adopted son of the leader of the gorillas

Phoebus fell in love with Esmeralda, and neither are related to the leader of a clan or a king/queen of a monarchy
