Apparently, the removal of Anastasia from the streaming service is not indicative of Disney’s preferences, it was just a cost saving protocol.
Disney+ is becoming unprofitable and they had to reduce content to try and save money.

Anastasia is still on Disney+. I checked it.
The movie is stil available on Disney+ for non-American streaming.
It is only removed on the American version.

Would like to once again repeat that this is still misinformation.
Cars isn’t coming any time soon and we have no reason to believe any Cars characters are being actively developed. On the contrary similar to Kim and Kermit but far closer to Lumiere the devs are having issues with them and are taking a break from them.
It is not an impossibility. “Can’t” is blatantly false. I get that you may want to simplify all that for ease of understanding, but the spread of misinformation isn’t the way to do it.
