This isn’t the first time this has happened… Look on Amazon and read the 1 star reviews to see this happen 1 year ago also
It is not known, although that happens rarely

Usually it does not take that long for Amazon to accept an update. If there is an issue and it does take longer than your deal send a message to support and we can see what we can do for you.
