He-Lectrix
Description: An upcoming hero in the makings, Tom Current seems like the average aspiring songwriter and guitarist in the makings, but his alter ego as He-Lectrix is just as electrifying as his passion. The creeps will suffer a paralyzing defeat at the hands He-Lectrix’s shocking display of power.

Animations
Basic Attack: He-Lectrix will zap lightning at the closest enemy dealing X damage and stunning them for 2 seconds.

Gameplay
White Skill:
“Extreme Discharge"
He-Lectrix will channel a large amount of electricity as he zaps the three closest enemies, dealing X damage, and stunning them for 10 seconds. When He-Lectrix uses this skill, his next basic attack will now stun for three more seconds.

Green Skill:
“Paralyzing Electricity”
He-Lectrix will target the closest enemy, shocking them with electricity, dealing X damage, stunning them for 6 seconds, and reducing their tenacity by X. The tenacity reduction will have a chance to fail against enemies above level X.

Blue Skill:
“Shocking Touch”
He-Lectrix will shoot his lightning at the two closest enemies to intimidate them, as they will be scared for 10 seconds. He-Lectrix’s basic attack will now deal true damage for 6 seconds after using this skill.
Purple Skill:
“Super Conductor”
After every three basic attacks, He-Lectrix and his allies will now become precise for 5 seconds, and will ignore reflect buffs from enemies.
Red Skill:
“Shock Therapy”
Enemies shocked by Extreme Discharge will lose 300 energy, and will have their healing blocked for 7 seconds. Also, He-Lectrix and his allies will become energized for 9 seconds every time they gain a speed increase.

Campaign: (Pando is quite the hazardous source in the city, especially with its electrical capacity. After an unexpected reaction to a large basket of the plant from Searcher Clade however, He-lectrix’s electrical power is multiplied by a large margin. Searcher is astounded by the potential use of the dangerous plant, and with the approval of Voyd and DT17 Drake Mallard, he becomes the recruit for He-Lectrix, granting him more electricity when he needs it.)

Other Effects:
- Energized enemies will be sapped for 6 seconds and will have their healing reduced by 25% for 7 seconds. (+10% per star level)

Campaign: (The life of heroics can often lead to so many possibilities, including romance. And patrols with both Voyd and He-lectrix are proving to be quite wondrous. The two decide to arrange a regular date as just Karen Fields and Tom Current. The two would have never realized just how successful an outing like this could entail, and they both gain a stronger chemistry with each other.)
