Heist Feedback Wanted!

It’s fun it’s just hard at times when you go to attack and it takes 10 seconds for backup and it’s to late I have figured it out to bring heroes closer before attacking but other players haven’t figured it out yet

Although I don’t have Heist on my server yet, I would like the daily quest to be “play” Heist rather than “win”, like it is with arena and coliseum. Especially if you only have 1 shot a day.

I agree and its on easy and it seems the power on the thief is way to over power

I believe the enemies are too strong when you dont know what the other players have. Fighting scene is really slow. We cant seem to win EVER when joining random heists.

With the heist one of the most painful things is the speed. Add the fast forward button to battles and players moving on the map is way to slow when we run out of energy which happens quick.

The final hideout battle should be locked to either the player that found it or the host. Since it is a hideout battle, make it so the player that starts the fight can choose which charcters join it and possibly move them to the area before the fight starts.

It’s kind of glitchy (sometimes one of my guild members starts a heist and there’s no join button for some/all of us). It would be nice to have group chat so we can work out who’s using what hero, and some other way of getting heist tickets. I’d recommend getting a heist ticket everyday instead of a free heist so people can log on and maybe binge heist. Also maybe one extra free ticket every day for heist for VIPs? (idk, four-five extra for VIP 11/whatever the highest is?) Can you also make it specific (like in the instructions somehow) that when you click somewhere with two/more things the two tabs pop up that you can click on them lol (bad at explaining). Ignore I think of anything else I’ll add it.

This was fixed in 1.2.1 which we released over the weekend. Be sure to get the update from your app store!

Disliking it even more lately.

Last night, myself and 2 other strong guildmates were doing really well in a heist. Defeated the thief 4 times, still had 8 valuables left.

Then some noob joins, starts the hideout battle and we lose.

You seriously have to do something about hideout battles, it’s pathetic that it can end even a heist you are dominating. Only allow the host of the battle to activate it, or have a situation where you do not lose the whole heist if you lose that one battle. Just KO the characters, or have the hideout locked so you cannot access that battle again for an extended period (say 2 to 5 minutes)

And yes, I know we can go private - but with just 1 lousy ticket a day that means you will likely not get enough participants to make it worthwhile. Meaning you’ll be stuck in a long, boring heist.

I think the game is too long. Perhaps 3 of 5 fights with the thief would be better even if that means decreasing the gems and making the map smaller with smaller teams. Not everyone participates with getting clues so zeroing in can be difficult. Perhaps if the points of interest also came with extra loot or badges or some sort of reward perhaps you may gain more movement, perhaps not all of POI but to have special/random points of interest with a reward might be nice. Because everyone in the game can control the fights if someone hits The Hideout and there are a lot of gems left and fights possible you can end the game quickly with an inexperienced Heist player missing out on an opportunity to win the game. Perhaps these fight should only be controlled by the one who opened the game to allow a better strategy and have characters get the chance to move closer to make the fight on time. Routes don’t make sense. POI that are right next to a character could take 2 minutes to get to when it’s literally right next to the character this makes it very frustrating. Also there have been times when I have not been able to join a fight because I’ve had characters locked because they had character days off preventing me from joining a heist. I still have several tickets left hopefully the feedback helps. Thanks.

The heist mode has potential but currently it is too difficult. Even on easy I have only been in a couple of successful heists. The three things I think need some improvement would be: First the length is too long. It is a serious time commitment that I can’t walk away from it. Second, it takes far to long for help to arrive. Most of the time your hero is slaughtered before help comes. Third, the thief is OP. If I survive long enough for help to arrive the team just stands there stunned constantly. I like the co op idea but currently it is not very fun.

The past two days after winning the heist I have not been receiving the rewards from the daily quest. I’m not sure if this is a bug as it was working initially.

If you win an ambush like five minute speed boost to all characters do if you spot the thief, post bush, everyone essentially starts out the battle together.

Further feedback: I really don’t see the point in having certain heroes unavailable. It limits an already limited roster and adds nothing to the gameplay but irritation. If you aren’t one of the first to join, more often than not you pass right by any heist already in progress. I can’t recall doing any heist that had a full team of 5 players unless someone joins last minute, in which case they’re using the worst of their roster, and hoping for a cherry picked win.

I think it’s a great idea but a few things could be different like you should explain better why you need to rest. I also think resting time should be faster. By the time some heroes have health again the heist is over. I think the heist itself could be a little longer. Should also make it so we can use whatever heroes we want. Makes it hard to heist with just certain heroes.

After the new update, 1.2.2, Heist moves faster now on the map. Although it would be nice if the Battles themselves also was on Turbo mode considering it can take up to 15 mins to find the Hideout.

Also please add the Vote Kick feature :smiley:

After playing in it for awhile, it’s really simple to do.

Done a couple of tries so far on easy, and finally it does actually feel easy.

My characters are all minimum P2 and lv 70, I was shocked that I struggled previously. But now, on easy it’s quite comfortable - as it should be.

Thing is, if I struggled previously; true lv 50 players would have had no chance whatsoever; now they should be able to compete and not feel like a total liability - which is a horrible feeling in a multi player game.

So I can actually try medium or hard with some level of confidence - where you would expect someone of my power to be.

Also like how it’s a little quicker overall now too.

Finally, I am a big fan of the extra ambushes, it breaks of the mononity of running around chasing clues. This is a battle game after all, to engage in a few more battles during it is great - especially when you can drag in all sorts of characters…gives more opportunities to see other characters in action (which previously could only be done by hiring)

I’ll now give it some tries on medium to see how it goes.

I think something that should be added is seeing who started fights with the theif and at the hideout. And also keeping the heist chat around for a short period of time post heist to chat to other players

I think when other Guild players invite you to join a heist via pm, or pm you in general, their chat window (?, the name on the chat screen) should appear under your guild/VIP chat lines. With new unread at the top, then the rest alpha,like it is now.
