There are two ways to improve this skill, either increase the damage to make it a very potent single target damage skill or damaging multiple enemies. The latter would be more useful though and it makes his purple skill make some sense.
Green skill is fine
Ruffled Feathers
Once per wave, when Donald falls below 50% of his max HP, he is healed and gains 400 energy over 12 seconds.
- +50% HP healed

- Remove heal/energy over time
This skill is alright but the 12 seconds is rather odd. Donald is most likely going to gain more energy regularly in 12 seconds than with this skill. By removing the time limit it is an instant buff that can help him suddenly deal more damage.
Short Tempered
Whenever an ally is debuffed, Donald absorbs it without affecting him instead. He can store up to 3 of these debuffs every 5 seconds and randomly applies stored debuffs to enemies during Fly into a Rage
.
The chance to absorb debuffs is reduced against enemies above level X.
- Change to 2 debuffs every 3 seconds
This change is simple but would help Donald act as a very powerful off-support hero. This change means he absorbs fewer debuffs quicker which may seem like a nerf but this way he will ultimately be able to store more debuffs.
Red skill is fine

Need I explain this change? I will anyway. The damage 'tis but a scratch if that. The stun wears off before you can say âIâm gonna wreck itâ and it isnât even always guaranteed to be applied. This skill is just sad and this buff would actually give it use.
Shouting Match
Ralph shouts at his enemies, dealing damage and silencing them for 2 seconds.
The silence has a chance to fail against enemies higher than level X.
- +1000% Damage (yes 1000)
- Increased silence duration to 12 seconds
- Remove level restriction
This skill may as well not exist as it never does anything of substance. The damage needs to be seriously buffed and a 2 second silence??? What was PerBlue thinking? If these changes were made then Iâd like to think that Ralph could be very powerful in PvP.
Grand Slam
Ralph slams his fist down on a single enemy, dealing damage and stunning them for 7 seconds.
The stun has a chance to fail against enemies higher than level X.

- Increased stun duration to 12 seconds
- Remove level restriction
This skill isnât bad as it is but the damage is underwhelming and for a single target ability the stun should be longer.
Big Duty
Once per wave when Ralph falls below 30% HP, he regenerates HP over 10 seconds.

This skill is decent however there are times when Ralph will die shortly after this skill activates so if it activated earlier it would be more useful.

Umm⊠this skill is just a joke. It doesnât do anything beyond a freeze which even a little bit of tenacity can easily defend against. By making these changes his white skill would have potential to become quite good at shutting down entire teams.
Cold Front
Shoots an icy wave at the closest enemy, dealing damage.

- Freezes the enemy for 10 seconds
This skill is probably Frozoneâs best one yet it is still awful. The damage needs a serious buff and to avoid it being a stale skill a freeze could greatly help.
Arctic Chill
Blasts the closest enemy, freezing them for 8 seconds.
The freeze has a chance to only last for 2 seconds on enemies higher than level X.
- Saps them for 8 seconds
- Change level restriction to affect the sap
This skill is just as bland and useless as his white. Rather than copying the white I thought adding a sap instead would be more interesting and would allow for a guaranteed 8 second freeze.
Frostbite
Enemies that Frozone freezes take damage every second they are frozen.
- +150% damage
- Change to freezes from all sources
This skill could be quite powerful with a decent damage increase. Also, itâs a bit odd that it only applies to enemies frozen by Frozone.
Red Skill idea: Cool Ice
Frozone heals X HP every second that at least one enemy is frozen.
Frozen cannot fall below 1 HP while at least one enemy is frozen.

This disk is interesting. It isnât great to be freezing your allies mid-fight so thatâs why I propose the split second freeze.
Better idea: maybe instead of freezing allies he shields them instead, and then allies heal while shielded from frozone, regardless of their HP.
A shield doesnât make sense though.
Comparing it to freezing your own allies, Iâd say shielding is better.

I would add a bonus which increases Ralphâs armor and reality by 5% (per star) whenever he disable an enemy.

For sure this will be more useful, much more characters are using freezes, and almost none silences! What PB had in the mind while making this disk, ehhh!
Back to idea, good, but as stated, this might not work, too much tenacity, evasion and hardy stacks, but then freezes at least happens. So would work sometimes, better than never.
But still, it would be better as one-time strong heal as Joyâs without some odd and unnecessary things.

This skill is actually really good given the age of Jessie. I understand that it has been buffed but a little more couldnât hurt. Also, being able to complete this skill would be helpful.
Sonic Yodel
Jessie lets out an ear piercing yodel that damages all enemies. The yodel does at least X damage. The damage increases the closer Jessie is to the enemies, up to a max of X.

- Silences enemies for 6 seconds
This skill is good against frontliners but rather meh against backliners. If the damage was increased and a bonus effect added, then this skill would be quite potent against newer heroes.
Blue skill is fine

Jessieâs line dancing skills allow her to dodge enemy attacks. She has a 25% chance to dodge any basic attacks or skills from enemies level X or below. If Jessie successfully dodges a disable, her attack speed is increased 60% for 5 seconds.
Jessieâs chance to dodge is reduced against enemies who are above level X.
- Increased dodge chance to 50%
This skill is good for what it is but it isnât at the same level as more recent heroes i.e. 50% dodge chance. I get that this combined with her Judy disk would make her too OP so I will propose a change to the Judy disk.

This skill is just bad. The low damage output and the fact that the freeze isnât guaranteed makes it quite useless. By giving a decent impact WALL-E would be more prominent in Freeze teams.

The blind has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
- Increased blind duration to 8 seconds
This skill is great at making WALL-E an off-support hero but it is weak for a Control hero. The blind duration isnât great so it should be buffed.
Compactor
WALL-E creates a garbage box and pushes it at the closest enemy, knocking them back and dealing damage.

- Stuns the enemy for 8 seconds
This skill is pretty decent however it is certainly underpowered in comparison to most other heroes. WALL-E doesnât feel too much like a Control hero as it is so a stun would help change this.

This skill is really good at giving Baymax and his allies an early edge in battle so it doesnât really need anything major. These buffs would make the skill even more potent.
Scan
Baymax scans the enemy with the highest Armor, studying them for 12 seconds.
The Study has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
- Increased study length to 18 seconds
- The studied enemy has their attack speed reduced by 40% while studied
- Change the level restriction to speed debuff
This skill is honestly quite meh. A simple study that isnât necessarily guaranteed is rather pathetic given other similar skills that exist. By adding a bonus effect this skill would become more useful.
Optimized Armor

This effect is reduced against enemies above level X.
- If the shield is destroyed by a critical hit the timer of the shield is reset and the shield has X HP

This skill can be helpful against heroes like Mulan however it feels very empty without an additional effect. This skill would help massively against crit-heavy teams.
Protective Programming
Every time a shield is applied to Baymax or an ally, they receive 1 stack of hardy. Baymax can apply up to 10 stacks of hardy every 12 seconds.
When Baymax has a shield, his armor is increased.
The hardy has a chance to fail on allies above level X.
