Eeyore Refresh


Poor and sad Eeyore, not doing much damage and impact on battles. His tank stats are already outdated and was left behind by much stronger tanks like Maximus.


The Refresh

Base stats

  • Basic damage increased by 200%
  • Skill power increased by 100%
  • HP increased by 60%

Skills

Home Sweet Home

  • Increased shield HP by 150%
  • Increased healing by 50%
  • This skill now can be stacked up to 3 times
  • When Eeyore has 3 shields from this skill and full energy the upcoming uses of this skill will increase his Max HP and grants him 300 energy

Gloomy Place

  • Duration of sap increased to 15 seconds
  • This skill now saps all other enemies for 6 seconds

Paddle Ball Projectile

  • Increased damage by 200%
  • This skill now deals bonus damage to sapped enemies, twice as much as the new primary damage

Black Rain Cloud

  • Each use of this skill grants Eeyore 2 Hardy stacks and amount of basic damage for the remainder of the wave

All for Naught

  • Increased amount of armor by 100%
  • This skill now also grants reality, the same amount as the new armor
  • This skill now grants Eeyore and allies immunity to Scare debuff for the first 5 seconds of each wave
  • Increased Shield HP, Max. HP and Armor by 100%

Pooh Disk

  • Increased Reality by 50%
  • Increased Armor to Eeyore and allies by 100%
  • Increased Damage from ‘‘Black Rain Cloud’’ by 100%
  • This skill now applies two stacks of Weakness to enemies for 3 seconds when ‘‘Black Rain Cloud’’ is used (+1s per star)

Minnie Disk

  • Increased Max HP by 100%
  • Increased Armor to Eeyore and allies by 200%
  • This disk now grants Basic Damage to Eeyore and allies (~500k at level 195)
  • Removed current Star effect
  • This disk now grants allies a 10% chance to dodge disables when Eeyore has a shield from ‘‘Home Sweet Home’’ (+10% per star)

Animal Refresh


Let’s play some music! Oh, we can’t because this hero’s HP, stats as tenacity, damage, and disks just don’t help him at all. Animal didn’t age well, Shan, Dash, EQ really pushed him behind, despite being over a year, PB still didn’t added new a new source of speed, but it just doesn’t make him any better, the badges he keeps getting are really bad, his tenacity with Y1 is below the cap and doesn’t work at all.


The Refresh

Base stats

  • Basic damage increased by 100%
  • Skill power increased by 100%
  • HP increased by 150%

Skills

In the Groove

  • Increased basic damage buff by 50%
  • Increased duration of speed and basic damage buff to 10 seconds
  • This skill now applies two stacks of hardy to Animal and allies

Blast Beats

  • Increased damage by 200%
  • Increased knockback distance by 100%
  • This skills’ cooldown is reset to 0 whenever Animal uses ‘‘In the Groove’’

Tempo Tantrum

  • Increased healing by 200%
  • This skill now removes debuffs from all allies
  • This skill now increases the tenacity of Animal and allies by 50 for 10 seconds

Double Time

  • Increased Max HP boost by 100%
  • This skill now grants 3 stacks of Hardy to a random ally once every 5 seconds, an specific ally can get Hardy stacks by this source once every 15 seconds

Keeping the Beat

  • Increased slow strength to 50% and its duration to 6 seconds
  • Increased number of basic attacks which knockbacks to 3
  • This skill now grants 50 Normal Crit and 50 Fantastic Crit when ‘‘In the Groove’’ is activated for 6 seconds.
  • Replaced Basic Damage to allies boost with Crit Damage boost
    • Starts from 180 and increases by 1 per skill level
  • Increased Basic Damage (to Animal) by 500%
  • Increased Skill Power by 120%

WALL-E disk

  • Current disk-level effect now actives from all roles not only from control role enemies
    • Increased healing by 100%
  • This disk now increases Skill Power for Animal and allies (~500k at level 200)
  • This disk now reduces Armor of control role enemies (~1M at level 200)
  • Increased slow of charmed allies to 15% per star (I really have no idea how 5% at max is even helpful)

Gonzo disk

  • Removed shield from disk-level
  • This disk now increases Max HP of Animal (~2M at level 200)
  • This disk now increases Armor of Animal (~1M at level 200)
  • This disk now increases Armor of Animal and allies (~600k at level 200)
  • Increased attack speed to 6% per star
  • This disk now gives 10 Tenacity and Evasion per star for the first 10 seconds of each wave to Animal and allies

Tigger Refresh


Let’s bounce, like Gummi Bears! … scratch the last… bounce like Tiger… Tigger! This joyful toy has some nice push of potential (only) damage but he just ages terribly. His HP is now very low, same with defence stats from badges making him very fragile, and just as Kim they have very close contacts with enemies making the situation very closely, most of the times he will die before doing anything… definitely not what TIGERS aren’t supposed to do! He is one of very few (if not only) damage heroes without any damage stats such as negation, crit damage, or crit chance for most of the skills, he only got normal crit (56% chance to crit with basic attacks and blue skill only), it’s really sad and empty, armor/reality buffs makes his damage very little, just as Basil has to face off on daily basis. Tigger has even less synergy with others than Simba & Nala, he does only pure damage, green skill can stun but this skill triggers very rarely, and stun can fail. All of this… poor Tigger needs a lot of love in refresh and make it GOOD! Just look how sad he is—

The refresh will help him with his terrible damage, lack of negation and evasion/tenacity, and expanding (re-opening) synergy with speeds and knockbacks! Changes to green skill and both disks will make Tigger access to white skill even more and removing decent amount of reality from enemies, making synergy as well for other fantastic damage heroes.

  • Changed mechanics of activating the skill, to make it more frequent
  • This skill now targets the enemy with the lowest HP; once every 5 seconds
  • This skill now removes all buffs from the target before damaging them
  • Changed type of damage to TRUE damage
  • Increased damage by 200%
  • Now when Tigger will KO’d an enemy with this skill he will gain 1000 energy and X basic damage for the remainder of the wave

Spring into Action

  • Increased damage by 200%
  • This skill now stuns enemies for 8 seconds
  • This skill now removes reality for 10 seconds

Bounce Back

  • Increased damage by 100%
  • This skill now grants Tigger 3 stacks of Hardy
  • This skill now grants Tigger 50% attack speed for 10 seconds

The Only One

  • This skill now grants Tigger X Fantastic Crit
    • Starting from 180 and increasing by 1 per skill level
  • Decreased number of bounces to gain a stack of ‘‘Bouncy’’ to 5
  • Each stack of ‘‘Bouncy’’ now gives 10% attack and movement speed to Tigger
  • ‘‘Bouncy’’ now can’t be removed by enemies
  • Replaced reality stat boost with crit damage
    • Starting from 200 and increasing by 1 per skill level
  • Increased bonus damage to ‘‘Super Bounce’’ and basic damage boosts by 150%

Robin disk

  • Increased basic damage by 50%
  • Increased armor by 100%
  • Increased healing by 100%
  • Increased energy gain to 80 per star
  • This disk now grants 2 Hardy stacks once every 7 times Tigger’s speed is increased; decreased by 1 per star

Ducky & Bunny

  • Increased basic damage by 100%
  • Increased reality by 200%
  • Increased chance for double knockback distance to 20% per star
  • Increased duration of stun to 1.5 per star
  • Increased energy gain to 10% per star
  • Tigger now gains 20 energy every 5 times an enemy gets knocked back (+20 energy per star)

This…this is a bit too much. (Everything else in the green is fine) I know that this makes up for his lack of…everything, but this part is a bit excessive tied with everything else. The buff ignore feels more like it can be put in the white skill (since it’s more destructive) and instead have the stun in the green ignore tenacity and evasion (and all that jazz) or apply Fatigue.

Reality removal is good, especially since Simba and Nala still deal fantastic damage without reality negation. :angry:

Other than that, good.

The thing with green skill is to make Tigger get rid of weak enemies and have a good chance to gain energy and BD buff to make his active then more dangerous, plus to make sure he won’t stay in middle of enemies for too long :eyes:

Yes… Tigger is an absolutely weak hero… he needs quite a lot. :frowning:

Ducky and Bunny too, another Raw Damage character.

You know it’s pretty bad when a recently added character gets knocked out of meta soon after.

Improvments for Barley, Fairy Godmother, Pocahontas and Carl

Barley

  • Debuff ‘‘Distraction’’ now ignores Hardy stacks
  • Buff ‘‘Encourage’’ now can’t be removed or stolen by enemies.

Fairy Godmother

  • To passive: Fairy Godmother now entries the battlefield after 10 seconds if no ally’s HP fall below 50%; this entry fully heals ally with lowest HP. Both ways of entry now grant the healed ally 3 stacks of Hardy in addition to healing
    • This is to avoid Fairy to never appear in some situations
  • To active: Fairy now immediately heal allies in addition to HOT, the new heal is equal to what HOT heals one second.
    • This is to avoid active doing nothing if allies have stack(s) of fatigue
  • Increased duration of stun to 6 seconds of ‘‘Pumpkin Transformation’’
  • Maximus disk: Increased speed attack to 10% per star

Pocahontas

  • To active: Increased duration of stun to 6 seconds
  • Raccoon Steal: Increased energy steal to 350
  • Hummingbird Attack: Increased duration of stun to 6 seconds
  • Elsa disk: Increased energy steal to 30 per star

Carl

  • Increased damage dealt by ‘‘Hey You!’’ by 50%
  • Increased damage dealt by ‘‘Cane Counter’’ by 100%
    • Both skills deals little damage for 2021 hero
  • To purple skill: Carl now heals X HP whenever an enemy is silenced
  • Future badges: Tenacity, fantastic crit and reality negation

Donald Duck Refresh


This short-tempered duck doesn’t shine in the City, as for most older heroes the stats are outdated, the damage is very poor, and his unique ability to absorb debuffs is now very weak. Donald Duck also lacks some of his own debuffs to make him a truly worthy CONTROL hero as well lacking new techniques which were added later.

The refresh will help him applying even more debuffs without the ‘‘help’’ of the enemies, reducing tenacity and evasion of enemies to make sure applied debuffs are lasting longer and increasing his own stats. The damage type of the skills also got changed to make most of his angry performance (and stats).

Base stats

  • Basic damage increased by 200%
  • Skill power increased by 100%
  • HP increased by 100%
  • Base attack speed increased by 20%

Sklls

Fly into a Rage

  • Increased damage by 200%
  • Changed damage type to TRUE
  • This skill now stuns the damaged enemy for 10 seconds, this stun can’t be dodged and evaded and the duration isn’t reduced by tenacity.

Hopping Mad

  • Increased damage by 300%
  • Duration of blind increased to 12 seconds
  • Changed damage type to Normal
  • This skill now silences enemies for 10 seconds
  • This skill now deals damage to all enemies instead of only closest 3

Ruffled Feathers

  • Increased healing by 100%
  • Increased energy gain to 1200
  • This skill now grants Donald invincibility for 6 seconds
  • This skill now grants Donald basic damage and skill power for the remainder of the wave

Short Tempered

  • Increased amount of absorbed debuffs to 5
  • Donald Duck now decreases tenacity and evasion by 50 of all enemies damaged by him for 10 seconds

Aw, Phooey

  • Increased energy gain to 100
  • Increased healing by 200%
  • Donald Duck now shares 25% of his energy gain with allies
  • Increased stat boosts by 150%

Anger Disk

  • Increased basic damage by 60%
  • This disk now allows Donald to deal bonus TRUE damage with his basic attacks; scaled by disk level (~2M at level 200)
  • Removed current Star effect
  • Increased limit of absorbed debuffs with ‘‘Short Tempered’’ to 7
  • Debuffs applied by Donald Duck now last 1 second(s) longer (+1 second per star)

Scrooge Disk

  • Increased basic damage by 100%
  • This disk now grants Donald skill power; scaled by disk level (~1M skill power at level 200)
  • Increased duration of invincibility to 0.8s per star
  • When Donald becomes invincible with this disk he removes 1 random debuff from an ally including himself and applies that debuff to a random enemy (+1 debuff per star)

Future badges: Armor negation, crit damage and tenacity

Refresh definitely seems strong

Unless you have the WALL-E disk that increases energy storage, the necessary energy is not needed. This should be decreased to 1000.

Edit: Right, he gains it over 12 seconds

This will get Randall replaced by Donald (An), because Randall only does true damage for the first 7 basic attacks.

Donald gets his energy over 12 seconds, this would mean 100 energy per second, when he uses his active, the energy can still rise.

The next two refreshes will be for already-refreshed heroes which aged really poorly: Finnick and Maui.
