Weird, Kahuna posted the link once with a comment that said for refunds; and it was immediately flagged.

Not as in repeated messaging but in that it’s a link to an unrelated website.
They host their game in the App Store, it’s more than relevant to the game and topic alike.

What are the requirements for a class action? It shouldn’t be hard to get records of the offers on each server to back up their claim that this deal is not out of the ordinary on other servers besides s21/22.

Well I didn’t flag that so I can’t say what the flagger flagged it for. Spam seemed the most likely.
This is what I will say about this whole thing. This is the only post that I will likely say on this matter.
To the players of S21-22:
As a former S19 player, who is an F2P and never wanted to or spent a cent, I understand the frustrations and feelings. It is tough to grasp the fact that PerBlue’s simple mistake in a deal caused lots of problems, and your servers will only begin to feel the effects of the deal. I am sure that PerBlue had to make some tough calls with this decision as they are doing their absolute best to keep the server balanced and fair for everyone, even those who have not or will not spend a cent.
However
It is also not fair to @Polaris and PerBlue as a whole as they have done everything in their power to make sure that the deal was taken care of as quickly as possible so that the server would not be totally messed up. They are people, just like us, and they can make mistakes as individuals and as a company. @Polaris especially should not be getting any sort of hate or rude responses, as they do a lot for us players and the forums.
Additionally, you need to be careful of what you say here on the forums. Everything, even the tiniest of posts can be flagged for various reasons. One of the reasons for flags, most likely on this thread is because they were inappropriate, either to the topic or offensive towards other forumers/players and PerBlue.
I do not know for sure about some of the legal action and other similar responses, so I decided not to touch on that in this post. I hope that this provides some perspective to everyone on this topic.

Unfortunately, not much can be done. Per the TOS, by making an account you fully agree to let them manage, change, transfer, or lose virtual goods that may have been purchased. They allow for refunds from Apple, or Google Play, but reserve the right to ban your account until you repay the amount that is cancelled… I dont agree with whats being done, but ultimately can’t really do much about it…
Ok so I actually was offered that deal, but had no money to buy it. That being said, it sucks how unfair it is how everyone that DID got such a huge broken advantage ahead of everyone else.
BUT!!! I am VERY greatful for the 200 Deluxe Stamina items you gave us. While it does suck that by the time you do the double badge drop event, the premium bonus will be gone, I’m still glad you gave out this compensation present, AND I AM ESPECIALLY stoked that the predicted Cap Increase that was gonna happen next week, is being delayed. It really didn’t sit well with me to have a cap update in the middle of the month rather than the end, plus I only have 3 characters ready to reach Red 2 instead of the usual 6-8, so I am happy with this.
Don’t worry, everyone makes mistakes. This was a frustrating one, but I’m satisfied with how you’re saying sorry to us.

Ok, I 100% understand the rage and frustration everyone has.
Maybe I’m just being too optimistic about this, but that’s ok. I understand that taking away something that you purchased is quite rage indusing.

But then what would happen after the reset? Everyone loses their compensation and no one gets a refund? PB has already stated that they can’t give refunds.
