I’m not sure if everyone was aware of this, but the deal was still available for purchase for people AFTER the game restart in the middle of the day for the people that were given the offer originally.
So, complete BS on it being fixed asap.
There’s no way around this, pb screwed up, and big. The solution they have come up with is horrible.

I’m not outraged that some managed to get there toons up. I happy for them. Yes I’ve spent the past 355 days and a lot of money and effort in organizing my toons and being creative and cautious on how to manage my resources so I could keep up with cap raises. But that doesn’t entirely bother me. I’m out raged that I paid $40 and didn’t get what I paid for. I had every intention of using this purchase to help me continue playing this game for the next 355 days. And I’m furthermore outraged that servers 21 and 22 are egregiously mistreated. If they want to keep the gap between both FTP and PTP closer they shouldn’t be charging 20 times more than other servers for lesser deals. They should be charging less than other servers for less.
Some indicate that we shouldn’t have purchased this because we knew it was a mistake. How would we know that when it comes out. We’ve been waiting for a break and thought this was it. It shouldn’t have been an error but them just getting us what we’ve been asking for for the past two and a half months after making a statement in the “state of the game” announcement saying that they hear us.
Sympathy? They lack Sympathy! Where is the sympathy for the customer?
Those that didn’t get the deal need compensation! And those that got the deal need ‘sympathy’…
The customer isn’t always right.

Said it before, I’ll say it again. They should roll back all servers, allow people to request refunds without fear of being banned, give monetarily equivalent stamina rewards to purchasers, and/or appropriate stamina rewards to everyone.
I know of a lot of games that compensate players very well for issues like this. But now people who don’t want the replacement rewards are afraid of refunding because they might get banned, people who wanted to buy the deal but couldn’t are mad because of the unfair advantage, and FTP players are just squashed on even more by that same advantage.
This isn’t real life, it’s a game. Roll it back.
Since you are not on the server, you wouldn’t be aware, but the server was completely messed up with the Mulan event. We have had a week of 3x team experience. There are a flood of accounts barely days old that were created, spent $5, and are now the maximum team level for the server. People have been grinding for over a year, and these people just start and instantly have a full team of red toons. This event alone has destroyed the entire server, but there is no plan to address it. This deal would have actually allowed players who have been around for quite a while and were not big spenders to get a similar deal and catch up some neglected toons.
Not to mention, our energy in general is a fraction of what all the other servers get, in every single aspect.
It is an injustice, the error is of the game and not of us. They must compensate well for the removed, 200 energies are not compared with more than 4k
Same. I want my money back. You don’t get to keep my money, take what I bought, then decide to give me whatever you like…gave me red skill crates HAH I have no red skills because you took all my stamina that I rightfully paid for. This is ridiculous.
Hello everyone. The real problem that PB couldn’t solve right now is the boost that many players got by using those extra stamina from the error deal.
Since you have the way to take them back then you could also do something else to fight this problem.
A real gap between players would have been with a cap increase, so a good solution would have been to give everyone the choice to buy this error deal.
Many f2p players bought it and many of them didn’t get the chance to use them. But those who did just became stronger from players that have played more than 300 days, in just 2 minutes.
So my opinion is this.
Give everyone the chance to buy this deal.
Add a timer of 24hours to use all this stamina, so that no one could increase his heroes more in level or rank. So the boost will just add more heroes in your roster instead of making you a monster with stronger heroes than others.
Those who won’t buy the deal even then, award them for 1000*60 stamina bottles with the same expiration of 24h. I am sure everyone will be pleased! F2p and players!
Right now all you did was:
Make people angry for taking back/swapping something they bought! I could say illegal.
Letting new accounts and other players keep the boost and making those that put so much effort and money feel they are fool.
The balance of the game has already been destroyed.

Why only server 21 and 22 as far as I know these deals were on all servers ?
But they weren’t changed on the other servers, were they

Don’t understand ? Just to clarify my post I’m on multiple servers and on a server not mentioned in this thread couple of people in my guild got the 4.99 deal with 4250 stamina and some people got the 29.99 deal with 7000 stamina.
That server hasn’t been mentioned here only server 21 and 22. Unfair to everyone involved. Everyone who didn’t get the offer is disadvantaged no matter what server you are on ?
Was that deal later changed or was it just that people got different deals?
People got different deals as i didn’t get the offer. Yes it was changed later but people still have that stamina and are still currently using that stamina as I type
I must add the compensation rewards have an expiration date of less than 48 hours, So if someone happened to make the purchase and by some chance didn’t log on or see it before they expire they’ve blindly had there money taken from them.

Give same deals you said impossible, so how about
RESET the game before that glitch, after that, people who already buys deal just give them “stamina deals” that worth $5 and &10… and for saying sorry to everyone just give them proper compensate… end.

As a player who did get the deals in S21, I felt the need to buy them, otherwise I would’ve been -left behind- as well. But I dont like how this progressed.
My idea would’ve been a server re-roll/refund OR giving everyone the same deal. Because either way, our economy is well, busted, especially with the 3x EXP going around.
I think the deal in itself for our maxed players helped out max toons. For new players, it gave them an instant ride to L140.
That said, I’m curious to see what the effect will be.
I would’ve been fine with either the servers being re-rolled a day ór giving everyone an opportunity to get the same deal. So I’m quite saddenned that either option havent been chosen.
The compensation, while still alot for our servers (because you know…deals…), does not compensate what happened.
Will see how this will turn out in the long run.
P.S. Glad I actually spent all my stam because this is some buffoonery that is not okay.

This is setting 2 groups back.
The ones who got offered the deal and the ones who didn’t get it.
The people who bought it did so for the stamina.
The people who did not get the chance to buy it are not looking for 200 stamina packs but for a way to properly fix this.
As of now they dont get anything from this.
Basically you are putting them back even further in resources. No gold, no crates and the same amount of stamina of people who bought the offer but didn’t use the stamina.
It just wrong to take those things away.
Already had low expectations about the fix but leaving the deal up throughout the day even after the so called mid day fix was the worst move you could make.
As soon as the problem was identified servers should have been frozen and get a grip on the problem then. Not around the end of the day.
I spend a lot of time and some money to get where i am now just to be caught up by days old accounts who got the offer and spend their stamina.
This is not right, and i fear this may only be the beginning of the big outrage when consequences of this decision are wntirely clear for player base.
To sum it up, this is probably the worst solution you could take.
Taking away the items which was the reason people bought it.
And not offering something worthwile to players who didn’t get it
I really don’t think this situation is being handle correctly. Huge imbalance for the people that have been olaying forever. A 100 dollar package seems nice but the lead that those players who got the deal is castistrophic this also gonna cause issues for the next stamina based contest…On top of that you now how people going on spending strikes so…
