Premium Stamina Deals on Servers 21-22

Que la compensacion esta muy bien estoy de acuerdo. Pero insisto. No es lo que YO HE PAGADO. Puedo entender que la brecha va a ser mucho mas grande por VUESTRA culpa…no la mia…asique lo que yo he comprado si no teneis la capacidad de reembolsarme NO ME LA TOQUEIS!! Yo por mi parte voy a hacer todo lo posible por denunciar esto…que no es otra cosa que UN ROBO. Me habeis quitado lo que yo he comprado con mi dinero…tal vez para algunos fue de 5 euros…pero a mi me costo 40 euros y no me interesa nada las compensaciones que me ofreceis a cambio. Nunca me habia quejado a ningun juego porque jamas me habia sentido que me robaban lo que he comprado

Ahora solo os queda decir “lo sentimos mucho” sabiendo que dentro de 1 semana esto se habra olvidado y los que compran seguiran comprando…que triste

I want a explanation on why only server 21-22 got the stamina taken away.

Why should other server keep that extra stamina so unfair (I’m not on sever 21-22 ) so other people on other servers get to keep the advantage they got

Guys just stop spending, put a negative review on the game app, untill they balance things properly. All top10 guilds on S22 will do a spending strike.

Eso te crees tu xD todos sabemos que no compraran en un dia y al siguiente veran una oferta …la veran buena y la compraran porque ya se les ha pasado el enfado. Las huelgas de ballenas no son una realidad nunca

Well, I’d still be happier with full game reset + refund (or if no refund and keep same compensation package as given, what I received for removed stamina is definitely more than fair). But OK anyway, although it was funny on first look, so much stamina ruined the game both for those who bought it and those who didn’t. This messed up the game not only for f2p, but for p2w as well. Furious and endless clicking of level up and promote is not a game. Here we have something like “the right to make mistake”, both by seller and buyer. And this can be always solved by some kind of compromise, like given compensation. But let’s see how players will recover from that.

@polaris, i think all who didnt get ot buy any deal should get something also. So your precious gap between non spenders and unlucky ones is closed a bit. Give them 10k dias or so. And you need to find a solution to those who spend 15000x66 stam in a day.

Lo que deberiamos hacer si estamos descontentos es poner 1 estrella de valoracion al juego…asi verian y dejar en las reseñas claro el porque nos han arruinado la experiencia de juego. A los que compran porque les han robado y a los f2p porque los que han podido aprovechar la oferta se han distanciado sin esfuerzo alguno mas de lo normal

They are just gonna wait till the blows over probably but yeah top 15 guilds are on a spending strike it seems

I’m confused. Why is this only happening on S21 and 22??? Seems very odd by a stretch, these servers have been around for a while and surely these deals should have been vetted out by now… why is it different for these specific servers when they’ve had several updates??? Makes no sense at all…

In theory, this should have happened on all servers, not just 2

I am a Champion in the Immortals guild on Server 22, the top ranked guild for the vast majority of the server’s existence. I have been with this guild from the very start, for over a year, and have seen many people come and go (from both the guild and the entire game) and have enjoyed playing this game EVERY SINGLE DAY!

And yet, here I am, at 1AM, laying in bed unable to sleep because I am thinking about what has happened to one of my favorite games I’ve ever played, because this has essentially RUINED our server. Stating that you are trying to protect the “gap” between F2P and P2P in a complete fallacy. All you’ve done is undermine the time, effort and money (real, hard earned MONEY) that everyone on this server has contributed to this game over the past year+ and created more gaps than you will ever know. You’ve broken all the various PvP aspects of this game by doing so.

To say there is no easy solution to this screw up is an understatement of the highest level. I know all the players are upset. I know that most of the people working at PerBlue are probably upset. But there needs to be some sort of greater understanding between the two sides. Perhaps listening to the people supporting your business would be a good start, instead of throwing your hands up in the air, saying a simple (seemingly unapologetic) “We’re sorry” and telling us what you’ve decided to do for/to us.

The “solution” and “compensation” provided by PerBlue has been deemed unacceptable by the large majority of your PAYING players (aka customers), PerBlue. You need to rethink your approach and try again.

That being said, I’m surprised no one has done this yet, but why don’t we show PB what we feel should be done, so it is visible and easy to see.

Here are the common “solutions” I have seen brought up in this thread thus far (minus the “refund” option which I know PerBlue will just simply not do).

  • Roll Back Servers to 8:59:59 CT 9/9
  • Provide Same “Broken Deals” To All Players on the Servers
  • Provide Increased Compensation For Removed Stamina
  • Keep Same Compensation For Removed Stamina

They’ll actually lose a few thousand dollars.

So it wouldn’t hurt at all if you expanded it? I highly doubt it.

And how many will buy it? Not everyone has the money :roll_eyes:

This is clearly the fairest course of action. I’m actually impressed, I wouldn’t have been surprised at all if it’d just been swept under the rug with minimal compensation.

Errors like this can happen (ask if anyone there remembers the Spiky Dragon stone deal in DS :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:) so when they do a response such as this should be well-received. :+1:t2:

I agree, me and my husband bought this deal only because of stamina, we don’t care about red skill, we need badges to upgrade our heroes to the red rank… Red skills chips are easy to get in city watch, instead that you should at least offer a badges crates! I really regret that I didn’t had time and spent all of stamina yesterday! We are not the one who failed and we shouldn’t pay for your mistake!!!

You offered this deal and i would have never bought it without the stamina. So what you did is fraud. I paid a lot of money in this game but now taking away from me what I bought with real money just because you made a mistake is unacceptable. Is this how you would accept in a shop? You go there buy something cheap go out and an hour later someone comes and says give it back to me i give you other crap? Give this deal to everyone or reset the servers and refund the money.
