There’s a problem with my arena since two days ago.
I won several arena battle but my rank didn’t go up. Can you please help?
Costumes
I know costumes are discontinued, but the chance of getting old costume threads through cosmetic crates is very rare (Legendary rarity). Older players who have a lot more time collecting costumes before it was discontinued are having a huge advantage in the Cosmetic Points (17.500 points for the complete set, which is more than 6 level of Cosmetic Rewards, a huge stats boost), while other players who only halfway through the collection is having a real difficulty completeing the Costumes Set for bonus Cosmetic Points, will you address this so that newer players won’t have so much disadvantages compared to older players?
I have a few suggestions:
- make the costume threads more common in the cosmetic crates
- break down the set of 7 costumes into 1-2 individual costumes in a set (with lower Cosmetic Points per set), so that other players who already collected some costumes can get some Cosmetic Points for their hard work and doesn’t need to wait to complete all 7 costumes using Cosmetic Crates which is very difficult to achieve

I am trying to get new common emojis but I still keep getting the same sines, I still don’t have the heart yet.
Where is Ariel? Why isn’t she a playable character?
When will Anna (Frozen) be added?

Are Raya and Sisu on the release schedule?
Is Ron Stoppable&Rufus and Shego on the release schedule?
Are there any plans to add Elena of Avalor and Sofia the First playable characters?
Regarding live action characters, that’s complicated, because you need the person portraying the character to sign a consent form allowing the use of their physical appearance in game.
Which is why I don’t expect to see Adam & Bree Davenport or Skylar Storm ingame.
And for a really offbeat question, now that Disney owns Anastasia, is it possible to add her too?
Can you make it easier to get specific costume options?
I am still at 50 Nick Wilde threads and can’t find any more, not even from purchased boxes.
Can you change the music to something catchier?
If you think the starting heroes like vanellope , ralph and woody can not be buffed why not just buff the red skills to meta levels? Like make the red skill levels strong but leave there low skills weak? This way starting players will not encounter over powered heros until much later.
With the recent grindyness of red level are you going to make it easier to level up?
The grindiness is getting tiring. It was depressing to
see emitz too leave from the game. Its scaring me from putting more resources to this game.

City Watch and Creep Surge are more chores than fun. The game would improve if both in their current state were just deleted outright.
Creep Surge suffers from droll repetition (in a 15-fight wave, I probably see Beast, Mulan, and Cheshire Cat at least 10 times each). It’s a little better at the lowest end where the rewards are trivial. I don’t mind facing those characters once in a wave, but there are only so many counters for most of the heroes, and there should be plenty of heroes to keep the top 20 stages from reusing the same ones. When the raids are over, productive Surge is over.
City Watch, frankly, is a masochist’s playground. Locking red skill chips behind it on a lootbox style is a low blow when usually I have to resort to Gizmoduck, Basil, and Joy in the final 6-9 stages to survive the newest heroes at R19 and over the level cap (so while half my red heroes haven’t earned a single red skill chip, I have almost 10,000 for each of those three). Before the red skills, doing City Watch once to be able to skip it for 5 days was a reasonable compromise, but that’s a direct backslide in progress now. Madam Mim has no place there now as her new Magica disc breaks the one offsetting advantage we used to have against the double wards and automatic maxing out of the enemy characters.
What are you willing to do to clean up those two game modes and make them fun for everyone? Can you at least change City Watch so the hero with the least red chips on hand in a fight gets the new chips? Can you at least use heroes only once per wave on Creep Surge?

Can you please add characters from the theme parks like the Hitchhiking Ghosts or Dreamfinder and Figment to the game?
The character roster has expanded a lot but the number of mercs we can post has remained the same, could we maybe add another merc or two or give the guild a way to set a maximum number of mercs they could hire? Like 10, 20, 30 or 40?

Are there any plans to implement very very little characters like Chip and Dale’s Rescue Rangers?
…PerBlue is most likely gonna ignore these questions. They don’t usually leak upcoming characters.

One more question from me:
Is it possible to make collection progress copied over all the accounts we have linked to our Apple/Google Play account?
Would deem transferring Cosmetics, Collection Points and Levels during the merges unnecessary since the progress will be shared.

1.Why is it harder to get hero avatars for profile?
2.Why did you stop making costumes ?
3.Are disney series and shows going to be added?
4.are there going to be new types of contest not the same similar contest?
5.are there going to be extra slots for guilds?

Ok thought of one more… thoughts of adding a perk to say vip 9… that starting color ranks of toons at orange instead of white?
I actually have another question: if you all could choose a non-Disney/Disney-bought franchise (“Disney-bought” referring to stuff like Marvel, Star Wars, and such) to make a DH:BM-esque game of, what would it be?
Please no… Makes it impossible to get 3 star heroes from the crate it making it less worth it

There haven’t been any three star heroes for quite a while (and those new heroes are most worth it to gain). 30 chips is enough to unlock all 1 or 2 star heroes and is usefull for people who have unlocked all heroes already and just need chips for stars/mods/red skills.
So I actually hope they will implement Numi’s proposal
