Shang, Cheshire, Ian, Max, and Mulan are all more than powerful enough as-is. Felix and Baymax are the only ones that could use it, maybe Hiro as well.

Ian, Cheshire, Shang, Mulan, Anger, and Max are already too strong. They don’t need a refresh. I think Wall-E, Hiro, and Felix already got refreshed. So the only character in the options who needs a refresh is Baymax.
It’s just my opinion. You should really think of characters who are weak and needs one such as maybe Ralph, Jack Skellington, or Frozone
