@Loutre can i talk to the management. I got a respond on my consilidation that they arent my own accounts… thats $$## i can proof it. With all payment details…
Then please respond to the support ticket with that proof. You have now spoken to management.

They dont respond
Because they’re doing the consolidation tickets once yours comes back they’ll get back to you. There are over 400 tickets and all of them have multiple accounts to look into. You need to be patient.

That’s just the number of tickets currently then they all have multiple accounts the team has to go one by one to check they’re all owned by the same person and then one by one merge them into the destination account. Your ticket alone has 10 accounts to manually check.

I mean, my main and the former Server 2 and Server 5 account don´t even really need to be checked. Since reasons - made from the in-game screen. I understand the other Server 1 ones… however, I had two of them for over a year.
I don´t think there are that many tickets with more accounts than I have. Maybe not even one. 
But I can be wrong of course.

We had one ticket with 25 accounts so far so yes, there are tickets with more accounts. All accounts need to be checked.

Holy… Wow. And I thought I was crazy.
Didn´t that player basically got enough resources for the eternity of the game? Or were the accounts rather abandoned?

I have gone through the steps but received no response from support.
They will respond once they get to your ticket. They currently have over 300 tickets to work on still and this is all done manually with each account to be consolidated needing to be looked through.
Please be patient and do not send multiple tickets or respond to your previous one as this pushes you further back in our ticketing system.
