@Loutre , iām a bit outraged by this server merge, I had several accounts, and so I tried to merge all of them, as they had specified in the ad, I submitted a ticket with all accounts together, all accounts went to me that I created, and they all have more than 2 years of play, but to my surprise, the request to merge them all was refused, and I was told that they could only merge 3 accounts, this is extremely disappointing, it was kind of wasted effort .
I have found your ticket and I see that our support team made the choice that you were asking for many accounts to be merged and decided to merge 3 of them as it otherwise would be abusing the consolidation system.
I donāt mean to sound impatient butā¦ my consolidation request was sent rather early after the merge, and I still didnāt get the consolidation.

I sent a ticket from in-game support, really early on the day after the merge. Itās not showing up?

After I sent it, I got a bot response, and then the ticket got closed. So maybe I was supposed to send it somewhere else?
What is your account name? Itās possible that your account linked to your forum account is not involved in your ticket.
I have no idea why the ticket is not appearing, would they appear even if they had already been closed? I even sent 2 or 3 tickets asking them to merge all accounts, as I said, itās discouraging, Iāve waited for this server union for 2 years, and now, I just wonāt have my request answered
