Welcome friends and fellow Forumers! The Halloween Contest has come to an end, and that means our judges have come to an agreement on the winners of our Contest. Everyone did a great job on their concepts!

Taking 3rd Place In Concepts: Bowser, by Prince Aamir!

Halloween Tournament ~ Concept Entries

Bowser, Damage, , Frontline

“I’m the biggest, baddest brute around! And don’t you forget it!”

Bio: Bowser uses his brute strength and Fire to finish off his opponents.

Skillset:

Basic Attack: Punches the closest enemy dealing X damage

White, Firey force
(Fantastic damage)
Passive: Bowser’s Basic attack knocks enemies back, If he hits the same enemy with the next 5 seconds it knocks them back farther.

Active: Bowser Spins in a circle causing his tail hit nearby enemies burning enemies dealing X damage for 8 seconds and draining Y reality.

Green, Wave of Flames
(Fantastic Damage)
Bowser Blasts 5 fireballs, one hits each enemy dealing X damage and healing bowser 50% of damage dealt.

Like this:

Blue, Shell Shield
Bowser goes into his shell for 9 seconds gaining a shield for the duration and deflecting projectiles back at the attacker. All other attacks heal the shield X hp.

Purple, King Koopa
(Fantastic Damage)
Bowser deals X more damage to Burning enemies and if they are burned while burning they are blinded for 6 seconds.

Red, Trial and Error
Whenever Bowser is disabled he gains 4% attack speed for the rest of the battle.

Halloween Tournament ~ Concept Entries

Name: Bill Cipher

Quote: “Sure I’m insane. What’s your point?”

Description: Bill Cipher is an ancient dream demon that brings out his weirdness and his demonic power to the enemies.

Source: Gravity Falls

Role: Control

Position: Mid

Stars:

Team: Blue

Basic Attack: Bill Cipher will attack the enemy with his blue fire, dealing X damage.

Entrance: Bill Cipher will appear out of the smoke, getting out his cane to present himself and then get to position.

Victory: Bill Cipher will dance with his cane.

Defeat: Bill Cipher glitches out to disappearance.

White Skill: It’s A Deal
Bill Cipher will charm the enemy by going into them, for X seconds or when the enemy is KOed. When done charming or the enemy is KOed, Bill Cipher will get out of that charmed enemy and gets back to original position. This will stun that enemy if that enemy is not KOed by X seconds.

Green Skill: Frozen Human Agony
Bill Cipher will “freeze” the enemies by turning them into stone for X seconds.

Blue Skill: Getting Angry
Fantastic Damage
When Bill Cipher experiences 0HP, Bill Cipher will turn red and throw four fireballs at the enemies, damaging the enemies by X. Bill Cipher will also then scare the enemy team before turning back to original form.

Purple Skill: Reality Is An Illusion
Bill Cipher will give himself X energy and X HP every time he crits an enemy.

Red Skill: Isosceles Monster
Bill Cipher’s “Getting Angry” will now grants himself increase of basic attack, skill power, and attack speed by X.

Boosts “It’s A Deal” Skill

• Stuns last longer
• The enemy that’s charmed deals more damage

Bill Cipher/Maleficent
Turned To Stone
Stronger Fire and Longer Freezes

• +X Basic damage
• Freezing in “Frozen Human Agony” lasts longer by +X seconds
• The fire that Bill throws in “Getting Angry” now makes the enemies lose X energy and X armor

Role: Control
Position: Midline
2 Stars

Info: Blinded by revenge against the Romanov family, and turned into an undead thanks to a pact with the Devil, Grigori Rasputin, the most mystical man in all Russia, use cruel deceptions and devilish powers to torment and destroy his enemies.

Quote: “Now my dark purpose will be fulfilled, and the last of the Romanovs will die!”

Basic attack: Rasputin casts a green lightning with his reliquary against the enemy
Entrance: Rasputin appears from the mists
Victory: Rasputin loudly laugh showing his reliquary
Defeat: Rasputin’s reliquary blows up, and he disappears in a cloud of dust

White Skill: “In The Dark Of The Night"
Fantastic damage (Ability Power)

Rasputin creates a huge vortex of green demons, dealing X damage and applying “Agony" on his enemies for 4 seconds. While enemies are under the effect of “Agony", they have reduced Ability Power and Basic Damage, and they gain less energy.
“Agony" could not be applied if the enemy is above level Y .

Green Skill: “Swim Under The Ice"
Fantastic damage (Ability Power)

Rasputin freezes all nearby enemies for 4 seconds, dealing also X damage every second.
Freeze could fail if the enemy is above level Y .

Blue Skill: “Deceptive Dream"
Fantastic damage (Ability Power)

Rasputin enters in the mind of the furthest enemy, dealing X damage, inactivating him for 5 seconds and push him to move from his original position to the frontline.
The spell could fail if the enemy is above level Y .

Purple Skill: “The Nightmare Was Me!”

Once for battle, if Rasputin reaches 0 hp, he falls into pieces, then the powers of the reliquary let him to revive himself with X hp.
Every time Rasputin deals damage to an enemy with his abilities, if the enemy has a buff, the duration of this buff is reduced by 1 second. If the buff hasn’t duration, the buff has 50% less efficacy for 3 seconds.

Friendship with Hades: “Meeting with the Devil"
-Bonus Ability Power
-While the enemies are under the effect of “Agony", they take X damage every second and they have reduced attack evasion.

Friendship with Jafar: “Deceptions Challenge"
-Bonus Hp
-“Deceptive Dream” affects two enemies, and they lose X armor and reality during the inactivation
