The Phantom Blot (from Mickey and Friends)
Description: This dastardly villain of black will leave no trace of his appearance when finished fighting the creeps, only a mere puddle of ink

Entrance: The Blot will jump out of his blimp in a super hero like fashion into his position
Victory: Piles of gold will suddenly appear around The Blot as he presents himself
Death: The Blot will disappear leaving a puddle of ink in his wake

Skills:
Basic attack: The Blot will punch the enemy
White skill: Fair Well from the Inkwell: True Damage
The Blot will summon mechanical ink pens from above the enemies which will have the pens then fire ink out from them dealing X damage and applying one stack of Ink to all enemies. Stacks of Ink cause enemies to take 5% more damage from the Blot each stack of Ink they have. Each enemy can have up to 10 stacks.
Green skill: Magic Gauntlet: Normal damage
The Blot will pull out his his magic gauntlet and fire it at the closest enemy, stealing any buffs they have and replacing them with random debuffs. If they have no buffs he deals X damage instead
Blue skill: Now in tech-No-color: Fantastic damage
The Blot will shoot the furthest enemy with his color removal gun, this will sap the enemy and will lower their skill power by X. They will also gain 3 stacks of Ink
Purple skill: Colorless Threat
The Blot steal X energy from enemies with his basic attack if they have at least one stack of Ink
Red skill: Under Their Nose’s
The Blot will enter the first wave with full energy and attack up. He will also apply one stack of Ink to all enemies at the beginning of each wave

Magica heard the The Phantom Blot has arrived to the city and she isn’t very thrilled considering they are the ultimate rivals. But it turns out he doesn’t even remember her, as she gets to know him though, he doesn’t seem all that bad and together they end up pulling off the ultimate heist
