Smarty will takes out a machine gun and starts shooting it, he laughs while shooting it. He will guaranteed kill a creep when this skills is activated.
green skill: DIP doom

Smarty throws a barrel of DIP, the DIP will spill on the creep will stun them and will slowly kill them, the DIP will disappear after 10 seconds
blue skill: lieutenant of doom

Smarty will point at the creeps and laugh, then the toon patrol car will drive into each of them and deal x damage to all creeps. The car will do this twice.
purple skill: wriggling weasel
Smarty will dodge all attacks when he has half of his health left. This skill will last 12 seconds.
red skill: spill the DIP
Smarty will gain a health buff when his purple skill is finished.
