Basic Attack:
Normal Damage 
Regular Form: Ratigan backhand slaps the nearest enemy.
Rat Form: Ratigan swipes at the nearest enemy with his claws.
White Skill: “Sewer Rat”
Ratigan’s pupils turn red and he slightly grows in size until his energy runs out. While channeling this skill, Ratigan has his attack speed and movement speed increased by 100% and his damage increased by 200%. While channeling this skill, Ratigan heals X health per second. Ratigan can use his basic attack and other skills while channeling this skill.
Green Skill: “Felicia’s Treat”
Normal Damage
Ratigan rings his dinner bell and Felicia the cat runs through the battlefield, knocking back and dealing X normal damage to every enemy she passes. She then takes a bite out of the backmost enemy before leaving the battlefield, dealing Y additional true damage and Piercing them for 9 seconds. This skill can be used once every 6 seconds, and only if Felicia is not already on the battlefield.
Blue Skill: “Champagne And Caviar”
Ratigan raises a glass then drinks it, healing himself equal to 10% of his max health and granting himself and all allies X damage and skill power for 14 seconds.
Purple Skill: “Big And Ugly”
While channeling “Sewer Rat,” Ratigan’s basic attack decreases the damaged enemy’s armor by X for 6 seconds. Any enemy within melee range of Ratigan while channeling “Sewer Rat” is Scared.
Red Skill: “To Top All Crimes”
Anytime Ratigan crits against an enemy, he heals himself for 5% of his max health.
Ratigan’s basic attack while he is not channeling “Sewer Rat” knocks back the damaged enemy. Ratigan’s basic attack while he is channeling “Sewer Rat” Pierces the damaged enemy for 6 seconds.
Ratigan cannot be knocked back.
