Entrance: Iago flies in, coming to a soft landing on the battlefield.
Victory: Iago mimics wiping sweat off his brow.

Skills
Basic Attack:
Normal Damage 
Iago squawks at the nearest enemy.
White Skill: “Mimicry”
Iago does a funny impression of his allies with dramatic poses, choosing the ally with the most buffs and applying those same buffs to every ally who does not already have that buff for 8 seconds.
Buff application has a chance to fail on allies above level X.
Green Skill: “Surprise!”
Fantastic Damage 
Iago flies over the battlefield and swoops down at the enemy with the most buffs, stealing up to four random buffs and applying them to himself for 14 seconds. That enemy is then Stunned for 7 seconds and takes X fantastic damage per buff stolen.
Blue Skill: “Blasted Beak”
Iago squawks loudly at the enemy team, removing up to two buffs from each enemy. Every enemy is Silenced for 6 seconds, plus an additional 2 seconds per buff removed.
Additional Silence has a chance to fail on enemies above level X.
Purple Skill: “Foul Bird”
Normal Damage
Anytime an enemy has a buff removed by Iago or any ally, they take X normal damage and gain 2 stacks of Fatigue.
Red Skill: “Get A Grip”
Anytime an enemy uses a stack of Fatigue, their attack speed is decreased by 20% for 8 seconds.
Anytime a Silence inflicted by Iago ends or is removed from any source, that enemy has their Green skill level reduced by 10 levels for 20 seconds. Anytime a Stun inflicted by Iago ends or is removed from any source, that enemy has their Blue skill level reduced by 10 levels for 20 seconds.
