Update 3.3 Known Issues

Here’s a list of known issues after the 3.3 update:

  • Possible Google Play update not showing. This is a Google Play side issue and you may need to wait for the update to show or clear cache in the Google Play Store App.
  • Crates showing up below badges in inventory (discussing a fix for this internally)
  • When you tap on the ‘Video’ blimp, you’re now auto-scrolled to the Tapjoy window instead of the Daily Video
  • “Reverse sort” button doesn’t work in Invasion
  • Vinny causing crashes in various game modes
  • Dr. Facilier causing crashes in various game modes
  • Progress for Heist Medals have been reset in some cases (Please contact support!)
  • Prize wall icon can overlap the hamburger menu icon on main game screen
  • Pink notification dot remains on calendar icon on main game screen

These issues have been resolved:

  • Vinny causing crashes in various game modes
  • Dr. Facilier causing crashes in various game modes
  • Crates showing up below badges in inventory (discussing a fix for this internally)

All crates are gone from inventory. (x10 diamond crate, red skill crates, etc.)
Same for 2nd account and guild mates.

Edit: New place, under MISC in the dropdown… easy to find -.-

Also not seeing the Update Deal on this account.

Please send a message to support. Make sure you are very specific about everything so they can look into the account. If you updated the game before the servers went down please include that as well.

They moved the crates… maybe there should be a drop down for crates now that they aren’t at the top?

Lilo seems to have testing stats or something (lower/weaker), base stats and both disks are very weak, and 22 energy remove from red skill is also questionable.

That is why her spotlight is not up yet. We’re aware of it. Her stats will be finalized before the Prize Wall event starts.
