Update 3.3 Known Issues

I just tested. I checked how many rings I had before doing a survey. I did the survey. I collected my diamond rewards from the survey. I checked my VIP rings and they had not increased.

Edit: then I posted this, went back to the game, and my VIP rings had increased. It looks like some sort of delayed reaction.

Nonetheless, I think people would be happier if the VIP rings went back to the previous reward method where they would appear in the message that grants diamonds.

Yes, the rings go directly to you now as the old method was causing VIP bonus diamonds to be delayed

I use Amazon and still haven’t gotten the update

Is there a reason @Loutre that the data says that Lilo has 8 emojis yet in game there are only 6 and like I said the other day it makes sense that they should be in since Lilo is now stuck at the top of the list which means incomplete emoji set

Has there been an update from Amazon concerning the status of the update you sent a week ago and/or the update you sent on Friday. I would figure they would some type of portal that would show the status of an update sent to them. It is now day 7 where Amazon users have been locked out.

Is there any way going forward that when you send the updates, that the game still functions and once the update is confirmed available, it forces you to do the update. EA does something similar with it’s games like Simpsons, where you can still play the “older” version until it detects the available update, and then forces you to update.

We still have not heard back from Amazon. We have reached out to them multiple times.

How do you know this?

Some questionable things I’d like to point out

  1. I thought this was about your daughter :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
  2. VIP13? You must be loaded to be able spend ~$1,164 on a game without precaution. And on your own account too. What about your daughter?
  3. This is not really a kids game for any child to play. It’s more for adolescents. Adults can play as well.

I don’t say it because I want PerBlue’s endoresment, I say it because it’s the truth. You need to learn and accept the truth. Stop blaming PerBlue for something they can not control. All they can control is the compensation you get, which is the only thing you can blame PerBlue for if it is a terrible compensation.

Now, calm down. Play a different game while the game is down. I understand, it’s frustrating, but DHBM is not the only game you can play.

Breaking down my spending and what I do . Jumped up or what. How old are you19? Don’t speak to me or reply. In business if I send a parcel and it don’t get there then I take the blame because I’m the seller and responsibility is on me. I know you live with rainbows and sunflowers but it’s not the real world kid

Treats the kids like what? Like customers of a game? Support is very helpful and I’ve used support when I used to still play the game and had good experiences. And if a guild is willing to kick out a player just because they got behind for a few days then maybe it isn’t a kind guild to be in… You can spend as much money as you want but issues happen. And I’m sure most customer support like nicer customers more than rude ones… Also it’s a public forum so people can reply to you…
